Dear Changemakers,It took me days to think about what Im going to write inthis letter, as it is a historical one in our country.I will not bother you by telling you again how muchAIESEC gave me, how much I learnt and evolved insidethis great organization. You are all AIESECers and you allknow how intense this experience has been for all of us,and for that I will always remain thankful to YOU and allof those who made ANFA what it is today.

The time passed, people came and went and we always remained faithful to our

ideals. We, from the beginning of our experience, in our limitless passion andbelonging to this organization, always saw ANFA Bigger than any other entity, Greater

than any other youth organization and more impactful than any other purpose driven

association. All those ambitions and beautiful dreams, transformed into concrete

strategies, actions, experiences and effective impact on our global community by the

sweat, tears and sacrifices of each single ANFAIst, that dreamt, believed and fought

for our values, for the values of a better city, a better country, a better WORLD.

Now, as always, history is asking us again. Where do we want to drive ANFA? Where

do we want to take the hopes of those who believe in us? And most importantly, how

far can we go to make it happen?

Dear brothers and sisters, today I say to you that you are the ones that will answer

those questions, you are the ones that w ill shape each single parcel of the new ANFA,

you are the ones that will design the future of this organization.During, the first Local Strategic Conference organized in the history of AIESEC IN

MOROCCO, the floor will be yours, its a conference engineered from a delegates

view on the international standards, no PPTs, no presentations and no boring

sessions. All designed as a puzzle where in each piece we take into consideration the

delegatesmindset to improve his productivity while giving his input on the

organizations strategies and workflow to Finally get a Big Final picture, a picture that

will be ANFA for us and for the generations to come.

Believe and beyond, together we are going to take this entity further than anybody

have ever imagined.
