the month• You must get checkout the day

prior to starting a ward or ICU team• Noon conference prior to upper level

• You will often see patients with a medical student

• You must review/sign their note as well as write your own note

• Your note must contain:• A subjective, at least 2 vital signs, your

own physical exam, any pertinent labs, and your own assessment and plan
