reserved share of vocancies. The reserved vacancies will be filled up

separately from amongst the eligible candidates with disabilities which will

At the time of initial appointment and p.otriotion against a vacancy reserved

for persons with disability, the appointing authority shall ensure that the. , candidate is eligible to get the benefit of reservation.

r ,. relevant roster register. lf the post falllng at point no. 10 is not identified forthe disabled br the head of the establishment conslders it desirable not tofill it up by a disabled person or it ls not possible to fill up that post by the

disabled for any other reason, one of the vaprpies falling at any of thepoints from 11 to 33 shall be treated as reserrred'for the disabled and filled

as such. Ukewise a vacancy falling at any of the points from 34 to 66 orfrom 67 to 100 shall be filled by the disabled. The puipose of keeping points

be filled as reserved for persons with disabilities. lf the vacarlcies from 34 to

65 are also not suitable for any category, three vacancies shall be filled as
