Step Down Residential Services Ocean Community Services, part of Ludlow Street Healthcare, offers

a specialist residential service, providing step down and rehabilitation within a clinical care pathway, based on the individual need which promotes recovery and progress. We offer support to both men and women with mental health needs, learning disabilities and acquired brain injury, including those with a forensic history. Our service users come from a variety of backgrounds, including their own homes, hospitals, hostels and other residential services. Some individuals will be subject to the Mental Health Act 2007 relating to discharge, aftercare and supervision. Our group homes located in South Wales and the South West are purposely designed facilities, offering the highest possible specification, superior quality interiors and are ideally situated in areas which encourage positive integration with the local communities, providing as ‘normalised’ and supportive an environment as possible. Each of our homes receives the same attention to detail so that our care environments always facilitate as easy a transition as possible to a more normal life.
