Along his professional career Visconti has acquired extensive experience in mining practice, participating in several projects and transactions related to the Mining Sector, including highly relevant Greenfield projects, acting before the mining authority (Nacional Mining Agency) and before the Ministry of Mines and Energy, advising companies whether in Brazil or abroad. He also collected experience in civil litigation and arbitration, with an emphasis on highly complex Court litigation and also in the management of large client portfolios.
