THE PATENTED ISV-MANIFOLD VALVE - A LUKAS EXCLUSIVE

The LUKAS ISV-Manifold valve directs flow and pressure tothe tool that is in operation. It allows the alternate operation oftwo connected tools without the use of a manual selectorvalve. Airbag Safe

Reliable protection from delayed air bag deployment. TheLUKAS Airbag Safe protects victims and rescuers frominjuries that can be caused by deploying airbags duringrescue operations. The Airbag Safe is placed on the steeringwheel (diameter 13 1/2" to 17 3/4" / 35 to 45 cm) and thestraps are tightened behind the wheel. For safety reasons theAirbag Safe must be replaced after an actual deployment ofan airbag.SET CONTAINS:2 different sizes of Airbag Safes in a carrying case.

Passenger Airbag Safe

One motor pump, two applications – lifting and rescuing withhydraulic power through Mobile Selection Manifold

MSM 2D

In a number of rescue situations loads have to be liftedprior or parallel to the application of cutter, spreader or rescueram (e. g. when tramway or subway coaches, trucks orbusses are involved in an accident).

The technical solutions available to date are rathercomplicated: Traditionally one motor pump is used for theoperation of rescue tools and another one for operation of thehydraulic lifting system.

Telescopic Cylinders

The LUKAS telescopic cylinders are made of a high-strengthlight metal alloy. Therefore they are light and corrosionresistant. Due to their design they combine an extremely longpiston stroke with a short retracted length.Telescopic cylinders require much more oil than rescue tools.Nevertheless most models except two HP 25 T 450 R canpairwise be operated also by existing LUKAS series „2“ or „5“motor pumps.For operation of two HP 25/T 450R cylinders a series „6“motor pump is a must.

Prior to the operation of telescopic cylinders each motorpump should be topped up to the max. possible hydraulic oillevel.

Stacking sets

If there is only space for short-stroke cylinders below ajacking point, the total lifting height can be increased withstacking sets by up to 150 mm. The increase of the liftingheight results from the amount and heights of the pistonplates and stacking rings.

Base plates

Base plates increase the cylinder base for more stability. Werecommend to use base plates with all lifting operations.
