Located on top of The Ritz-Carlton Residences on Waikiki Beach in Honolulu, Hawaii,

a new opportunity to own luxury homes has been developed. The Diamond Head Club

is a new approach to penthouse ownership to the market, offering the chance for only

84 families to own a fee-simple interest in the six residences.
