Hallmark Founder Ajay Dasgupta and Abhishek Dasgupta attended on behalf of Hallmark, and Siegfried Konig, Dr David Henson and Dr. Ralph Enderle represented LWP. As previously announced, the Joint Venture partners are cooperating to upgrade the manufacturing facility from a batch plant capable of producing 12,000 tons per annum (tpa) to a 24/7 continuous operation capable of producing 20,000 tpa. In preparation for the plant upgrade, considerable site cleanup has already been undertaken, and is continuing, including access improvements in preparation for construction. The executives and the project team jointly agreed on a 120 day target timeframe for: • freeze in of engineering design; • finalisation of budgets; • project execution plan; • project team personnel selection; and • long lead item order placement.
