They said that they had to resort to the dharna as the StateCommissioner had been refusing to meet them for the past severaldays.

I later realized that I had forgotten my bag in the auto. Howeverto my pleasant surprise, the driver knocked at my door at around 7p.m to hand over the bag. He even refused to accept any money thatI was willing to offer out of goodwill and also to cover the cost of thefuel he had incurred in coming again to my house. Sir, Only the white board buses on route numbers 11G and 12Gstop at Ram Colony bus stop (7th Avenue, near TNSC Bank, AshokNagar), which is between Ashok Pillar and Postal Colony bus stops.The other route 49A and 11H and non-whiteboard buses on 11G and12G routes do not stop here. This causes hardship to the commuters,especially senior citizens residing in and around Ram Colony and 7th

Avenue. To go towards Poonamallee or Valasaravakkam or T. Nagarbus stands, they are forced to walk all the way to either Ashok Pillaror Postal Colony stops.
