determinants that contributes to the causes of newborns deaths are low levels of maternal education and inequalities in access to quality health care.

• People have failed to notice that non-monitored pregnancy increases mortality of the African population and still ignoring that the power of African is its population. Yet, however the population growth still impacting pregnancies and infants mortality.

• Unless we bring in technology healthcare which seeks to improve people's ability to self-manage their health and wellbeing, alert health care professional to change in their condition and support medical adherence.

M-CLINIC SURVEILLANCE Solution [MCSS]

The M-Clinic Surveillance is a platform that brings together expectant women to the HealthCare Center remote patient monitoring of pregnancy. An expectant will register to the HealthCare Center physically but leaving there all requires information to allow the HealthCare to offer her any services that is in regard to her health and the fetus. Then she will get credentials to access the platform

The Internet of Things ( IoT) offer the possible accessibility of information from a very distance place, manipulation, real time interaction of data for maintaining the system available for it users

To keep the system reliable and due to African challenges that are not only Health care but also electric industrials, the data will be stored in a cloud for its real time accessibility, transparency and reliability.
