Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), a premier schedule "A" PSU under Ministry ofRailways engaged in CONSTRUCTION of Railway infrastructure of nationalimportance invites applications from willing dynamic Engineers /Officers to fill upthe posts of Assistant Manager (E-2 Grade, pay scale Rs.20600-46500),Manager (E-3 Grade~pay scale Rs. 24900-50500), Senior Manager (E-4'Grade, pay scale Rs. 29100-54500) & Deputy General Manager (E-5Grade, pay scale Rs. 32900-58000) (IDA Pattern) in Civil Engineering,Electrical and S & T Department on PERMANENT ABSORPTION BASIS.The pay scales are likely to be revised shortly.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

(A) For serving Railway Officials including those working ondeputation in RVNLor in any other PSUs.

i) Assistant Manager (Civil, Electrical and S & T), E-2 Grade (IDAScale RS.20600-46500.

Candidate working in the relevant discipline in the substantive Grade PB-2scale Rs.9300-34S00 with GP Rs.4600 or in level 7 in 7th Cpc.

li) Manager (Civil, Electrical and S&T), E-3 Grade (IDA ScaleRs.24900-50500.

Candidate working in the relevant discipline in the substantive Grade PB-2scale Rs.9300-34S00 with GP-Rs.4S00 or in level S in 7th Cpc. in GazettedCadre.

iii) Senior Manager (Civil, Electrical and 5 & T), E-4 Grade (IDA ScaleRs. 29100-54500.

Candidate working in the relevant discipline in the substantive Grade PB-3scaleRs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs.6600 or in level 11 in 7th ere or GP Rs.5400or in level 10 in 7th CPC. (with 04 years' service in Group 'B')

iii) Deputy General Manager (Civil, Electrical and S & T), E-5 Grade(IDA Scale Rs. 32900-5S000.

Candidate working in the relevant discipline in the substantive Grade PB-3scale Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs.6600 or in level 11 in 7th CPC having 5years Group 'A' service or Senior Scale Officers (in level 11 in ]lh CPC)having OSyears' service in Group 'B'.

(B) For Ex-Railway Official

Ex-Railway officials can also apply, if they have either resigned or takenvoluntary retirement from Railway service but not compulsory orprematurely retired from Railway service and/or are working elsewhere inthe similar fields.

However, Ex-Railway official's eligibility for the position in RVNL will bereckoned with reference to their last Grade Pay/ Position as mentionedabove.

Age should not be above 57 years of age.

The applicant should not only be technically suitable but also bephysically fit enough to work at Projects Sites.

The selected candidates will be offered position in RVNLon permanent absorptionbasis with respect to his eligibility vis-a-vis his last position in Railways and lengthof service as per the RVNLRules.

Compensation Package: Company offers attractive Pay and otherallowances/fringe benefits attached to the post/grade as per IDA pattern scale ofpay. The selected candidates will be posted at any of the variouslocations where RVNL is executing Railway Projects as indicates inAnnexure-AB.
