We do our own design and engineering,prototyping, our own tool making, plasticmolding, screw machining, metal fabrication,automatic drilling and tapping, hot stamping,silk screening, laser etching, photo etching,painting, finishing, and much more.

The Highest Quality withthe Shortest Lead TimeWe control every aspect of production. Thisallows us to remain competitive while alsoproducing the highest quality product. Wecan maintain an extremely high level ofquality control, as well as, meet the tight-est delivery schedule requirements.

Stock and Special ToolingNaturally we offer a complete line of stocktooling as well as the ability to modify exist-ing molds. But, just as important, we cantool from scratch— to your original designs.

We can make knobs and dials no matterwhat that knob or dial might be — whatever

it might look like. If you can enclose a plasticpart in your hand, we can mold it better,faster and more efficiently by the use of ouruniversal pocket molds. This means that ourcustomers can take advantage of tooling, acavity or core only, at low cost, yet still haveproduction costs of a multi-cavity mold.

Any Size, Any ShapeOur standard knobs come in sizes from1/4 to3 inches in diameter. And, while they comein an infinite variety of shapes, if you needone that’s different, we can design andmake it for you. We already make knobs tofit just about every shaft that there is.

MaterialUnless you require a specific material, allElectronic Hardware knobs and dials aremolded thermoplastic. So, you get knobsthat have the characteristics that you need— knobs that are strong, heat resistant,and have dimensional stability. But, we alsocan make knobs from any thermoplastic orthermoset material that you request.

TrimWe’ll add any kind if inlay or cap, diamondcut, decorative, spun, formed cap, whatever.Or, any finish: metallic to mylar.

Secondary OperationWe make it possible for your part to bemolded and finished under one roof. Silkscreening, sonic welding, automatic drillingand tapping, hot stamping, pad printing,spray painting, laser engraving and solventbonding are all options that are readilyavailable.
