• M•A•C Cosmetics is known to produce the best pigmented cosmetics in the beauty industry! As a self-taught MUA (makeup artist), I highly recommend M•A•C Cosmetics to everyone!

• I own a decent amount of M•A•C Cosmetics in my cosmetic arsenal. My favorite products have to be the Antique Velvet Lipstick, the Pure Zen Lipstick, My change of weather foundations of course, and MAC's Refined Golden Bronzing Powder.

• It's all about consistency! After applying foundation, and concealer to the desired areas of the face be sure to apply a setting spray or powder.

• Just a friendly reminder that M•A•C Cosmetics falls under the "high-end makeup" category so the expensive prices should already be expected, however, I, amongst others, can vouch that the quality of the products is worth the price!

• M•A•C Cosmetics (acronym: Makeup Art Cosmetics) is a retail company that sells beauty cosmetics to everyone of all ages, genders, nationalities, and consumers worldwide.

• The company’s initial objective was to target young women who were professional makeup artists, as well as models, singers and actresses.

• The LGBT community loves MAC Cosmetics! & vice versa. I'm sure the names Prince, RuPaul, and Jay Manuel rings a bell, and there is also Harry & Peter Brant, two brothers that have decided to take "men-that-wear-makeup" to a whole another level, in this generation.

• MAC Cosmetics was originally know for "theatrical/stage makeup" which consists of: dramatic cat eyes, bright colors, and things of that bizarre nature.

• M•A•C Cosmetics was founded by Frank Toskan, the creative director & Frank Angelo, the director of marketing. Vic Casale, a chemist, and a friend, was also assistance to the company.

• M•A•C Cosmetics was founded in Toronto, Canada, in the year of 1984.

• In 1991, The first U.S store opened in Greenwich Village of New York City.

• In 1992, The Latin Quarter, France was then considered to be the third home of M•A•C Cosmetics.

• In 1994, another company brand, Estée Lauder acquired interest which allowed it to take over 51% shares of M•A•C Cosmetics. The two founders continued to build creativity, while Estée Lauder maintained the business part of the company.

• In 1997, Frank Angelo, 49, died from cardiac arrest, during surgery.

• In 1994, M•A•C Cosmetics established an AIDS fund called Viva Glam with a major purpose to support Men, Women & Children who were affected by AIDS/HIV.

• M•A•C Cosmetics has released six different Viva Glam lip shades;Featuring, Rihanna, Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus, and much more celebrities.

• Viva Glam has raised over $400 million, with 100% of the profit going straight towards the fight of AIDS/HIV. Generosity is an understatement!

• M• A•C Cosmetics attempted to collaborate with the fashion label Rodarte, based in Ciudad Juárez' which hadn't seem to be so pleasant, so instead M•A•C Cosmetics established a charity that raised over $3 million within two years.

• M•A•C Cosmetics has become a global brand. • Today, there are over 200 locations available within 15 countries, and 2,500

employees. • The annual turnover is $1 billion. • M•A•C Cosmetics continues it’s popular reputation for it’s high quality, and well

pigmented makeup to match all skin tones. • This company provides a wide variety of cosmetics; lipsticks, lipglosses,

eyeshadows, foundations, concealers, mascaras, false eyelashes, makeup brushes, setting powders/sprays, fragrances, and even nail polish.
