Advantages of center positioning bore with grinding process
•Superior roundness and surface roughness.
•High accuracy when adjusting jig on center hole.
• Large hole diameter allows for mounting multi-port oil
distributor.
• Heat treatment and grinding on the brake surface, offers
higher endurance and scratch resistance. Also, stronger
clamping force is applied.
• The brake with grinding surface performs outstanding
roundness and cylindricity. Minimize displacement of the
rotating center and positioning error during braking.
• Double- ring brake with ID and OD grinding eases the adjustment
of the concentricity for the brake unit. Rotating center offset is
not needed during braking, minimum positioning error.
• By multiple seal protection, high hydraulic pressure at 5Mpa, no
oil leakage concern from the brake unit, high clamping torque is
guaranteed .
• The rigidity of rolling parts occupies only 20%~30% of the whole body, the supporting rigidity of the rail surface is 70%~80% of the whole body higher.
• The supportive rail areas of axial and radial rollers are thicker than other brands, extremely reliable structural rigidity under heavy cutting.
• Least separate components creates least accumulated errors, higher indexing accuracy and repeatability.
• Transmitted by dual lead worm with larger tooth depth and module, excellent for
heavy cutting applications. (Illustration I)
• Worm shaft rotates along with RN type radial bearing with a bush fitted between
sleeve and needle, which is detron special design. With this feature, the bore of
the sleeve is highly wear resistant. This results in higher concentricity of the worm
and higher indexing accuracy. (Illustration II)
• The worm shaft locates at the bottom of the rotary table and completely
immersed in lubrication fluid for long-wearing performance.
• Grooving O-Ring slot at motor cover contact face, safe and
thorough seal to guard the electronic parts.
• Barotropic built inside of motor guarding supply positive

Advantages of spindle integrated unity
with radial and axial bearing built-in
• The rigidity of rolling parts occupies only 20-30%
of the whole rigidity, and the supported rigidity
of the way surface shares 70-80% .
• The loading rail surface of all radial and axial
roller needles (H1 and h1) are larger than any
other competitors' products, offering higher
structural rigidity while heavy cutting conditions.
• Less individual separate parts makes less
accumulated error, especially acting better
indexing accuracy and repeatability.
• Large through-hole diameter with high rigidity.
Dual-lead worm gear and shaft
1. By using an incremental thread design on the
dual lead worm, backlash can be accurately
adjusted by simply moving worm in the axial
direction after long run times.
2. Backlash adjustment can reach 0.008-0.012
mm.
3. Contact surface of the dual lead worm is 1/3
greater than conventional worms. This makes
the rotary table excellent for heavy cutting
applications.
4. Stronger module and higher tooth depth are
the key conditions for heavy duty machining.
5. The worm shaft is mounted at the bottom of
the rotary table and completely immersed
in lubrication oil. Long-wearing of key
transmission components.
Advantages of surface with hardening and
grinding• Least scratch and wearing concerns, resists large
clamping force.
• Precision grinding at the brake features better roundness
and cylindricity. As a result, no rotating center offset,
minimizing positioning error and increased clamping life
are ensured.
Advantage of drum brake system1. The exclusive drum brake design in double- ring
assembly precisely controls the braking gap. It prevents
deformation of the table surface during braking.
2. Easy to adjust concentricity of bearing and brake unit.
Offset of rotating center is no necessary during braking.
3. At high hydraulic pressure by 5Mpa, there is no oil
leakage concern from the brake unit. This ensures high
clamping torque.
4. The brake unit is close to the table surface to minimize
table run-out during machining and clamping, the
rigidity of rotary table provides stability while heavy
cutting.

test, to diagnose unidirectional systematic positioning deviation.
Remark: Due to environmental influences during the measurement, the
recorded measuring error may exceed the catalog limit value by up to
10%.

5(3.5) Mpa hydraulic pressure and 0.5 Mpa air

This allowable worm wheel torque is equal to
the allowable torque for the worm wheel when
the table rotation speeds is 1 min-1, which is
subject to the standard stipulated by the Japan
Gear Manufacturers Association.

POSITIONING TAPER CONES
A. Pull-stud MechanismUses a collet clamp system to tighten the pull stud, therefore more uniform pressure exerted on the pull stud surface can be achieved during tightening. This ensures stable clamping force. (maximum pulling force 2800 kg).
B. Piston MechanismWith the integrated design of the positioning cone, the piston moves together with the oil seal in the precision ground cylinder tube. The oil seal is not easy to wear, and stable clamping force is ensured.
C. ReplacementThanks to the integrated design of the positioning cone, the entire assembly can be conveniently replaced by simply loosening lockscrews.
