• Gold first discovered in 1857 and narrow vein mining,
underground, continuously until 1916 with small scale
periodic mining until 1942
• Over 21 tonnes of gold (800,000 oz) produced - almost
equal amounts from reefs and alluvial
• Known reef deposits occur in a series of discontinuous
quartz veins in granite adjacent to the Gilmore Suture
• 12 main lines of reef are known – reefs are generally over
1 metre wide, can be up to 7 metres wide and are near
vertical dipping trending north-south
• Gold occurs free and as fracture fill in pyrite
• Previous reef mining has concentrated on bonanza grade
material that was hand graded
• Shafts generally less than 200 metres deep but some have
been sunk to 400 metres below surface
• Drilling concentrated on Challenger and Currajong areas –
distribution elsewhere in Field is sparse.

ADELONG GOLD PROJECT – EXPLORATION POTENTIAL
• Drilling has concentrated on Challenger
• Limited drilling at Currajong
• Minimal drilling at Victoria and Gibraltar
• Both produced over 100,000 oz
• Both have less than 2,000 m of drilling
• Over 20 gold producing locations in the
Exploration Licence
• Good potential for finding another 21 tonnes
of gold
Significant Drill Intersections
16
• GOLD READY TO MINE: 120,000 oz JORC compliant resource ready to mine plus approximately
180,000t mullock with good gold content ready to collect and process
• EXPLORATION: target one million ounces gold resource in known lode systems in ML/EL and new
systems yet to be found
• IPO - RAISE $12.5 million: financially self-sufficient by second Year after IPO
• ACTIVITY: immediately after IPO construct open cut mine and processing plant ($8.2 million)
• INITIAL PRODUCTION: average 15,000ozs/year
• INCREASE GOLD RESOURCES: immediately after IPO conduct exploration drilling within the EL and
ML to increase gold resources for additional mine development
• GOLD DISTRIBUTION: known gold resources along strike and at depth should expand mine plus
numerous other deposits within less than a kilometre
• UPSIDE VALUE: low risk mine extension and development of nearby deposits plus new discoveries
INVESTOR: cash flow will provide funding for mine expansion or new mine developments. There will
be no need to revert to shareholders for additional funds for at least the first 5-6 years and this should
be positively reflected by the share price performance. Directors would seek to pay dividends as and
when the opportunity arises.
