Madar Holding Company was established to expand Al Fozan Group’s building materials business across the Middle East & North Africa region. The company is based in Dubai, UAE and has subsidiaries in Bahrain and Qatar. In addition to the trading and manufacturing of building materials, the company is also focused on selecting suitable investment opportunities to complement the group’s current activities in the building materials industry.

Today Madar Emirates for Building Materials is operating in the UAE as a trader in Building Maerials specially steel, wood, cement and paints. Headquartered in Dubai Investment Park (DIP),strategically centerlized in Dubai to serve the Emirati market and fulfill the demand in the gulfregion markets as well as the rest of the middle east and North Africa.

Madar Steel Industries, a subsidiary of Madar Holding, was established in September 2005 with the objective of serving the contracting and construction industry in the UAE. The company is focused on offering wire-mesh products and the service for cutting & bending of steel rebar.
The Rebar processing plant, located over 700,000 sq. ft, has a capacity of around 300,000 tons of steel annually and sources its reinforcement steel from Turkey, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and other countries. The facility offers its clients numerous services, including straight steel bars, cut to length, Rebar coil straightening and cut and bend steel. The steel mesh facility, which is mainly used for concrete reinforcement, includes standard wire mesh and tailor made wire mesh, in addition to cold drawn compact coils production for concrete pre-cast factories.

Madar offers parallel thread rebar splice with cold upsetting jointly with high quality couplers.
The product fully satisfies the requirements of major international standards. i.e. BS, DIN, ASTM,
at the highest level of efficiency.
Madar uses Dextra machines that are imported from Thailand
for threading. The machine has three parts: cutting, forging
and threading.

Madar Wire Mesh Plant is a specialized world standard manufacturer of wire mesh products; offers high quality Square, Structural and Long Meshes, all produced through fully computerized machine, Austrian origin production line with a speed of 180 shots/min. Additionally Madar offers Cold Rolled wires in coils & special lengths cold drawn wires.
With superior equipment, strong management & technical team we guarantee our products are of the highest quality.
Madar Wire Mesh is produced in strict compliance with international standards (i.e. ISO 10544), British standard BS 4483, German standard DIN 488 550/550BK and American standard ASTM A497/A185
