MADE WITH LOVE – Crafting for spring fair Prep and Class 1 are seeking help from the school community with making items for the Made With Love stall for the fair. You can help by: - donating items of your own choosing that you make “with love” - come along to one (or more) of the craft sessions listed below - pick up a kit to take home to do yourself (or outsource) CRAFT SESSIONS • Thursday 22 nd August: 9-11am (canteen) • Wednesday 28 th August: 1– 2.45 pm (Steiner playgroup room) • Tuesday 3 rd September: 9 -11am (canteen) • Thursday 5 th September: 9-11am (canteen) • Wednesday 11 th September: 1– 2.45 pm (Steiner playgroup room) pocket dolls workshop • Friday 13 th September: 1– 2.45 pm (Steiner playgroup room) pocket dolls workshop • Tuesday 17 th September: 9-11am (canteen) felt dragons workshop • Friday 20 th September: 9-11am (canteen) felt dragons workshop • Tuesday 8 th October: 9-11am (canteen) • Thursday 10 th October: 9-11am (canteen) These last sessions are especially to drop off donated items, come and finish projects (with help if needed), return unfinished kits and start pricing. • Sunday 13 th October: 9am–3 pm (coinciding with working bee and cake making day) Final finishing touches and pricing of craft items. You are free to choose what you work on at these craft sessions. Options include: • Bring your own project and enjoy the company of others • Cut out kits • Sew simple kits, with instructions and help available • Construct a wand (NO sewing involved!) • Learn a skill at particular sessions– pocket dolls, dragons Learn how to make pocket dolls Made with love Donations Boxes for craft donations or pick up/return of kits will be available in: • foyer outside Reggio Prep and 1/2 • Prep Alison classroom, and • Class 1 Barb classroom Butterfly baby necklaces – pick up a kit and make at home.
