•Usage of White Boards are pretty common in educational institutes. Around 90-95% educational institutes around the globe use white boards for writing the classrooms.

•Usually they are large in size and It becomes very difficult for the end user to erase the whole board.

•According to the survey conducted by surveymonkey.com, If a class is conducted for 1 hour, then 8-10% of time is wasted in cleaning the board.•These are the problems faced by each faculty we interacted with.•So WE came up with an idea to create an AUTOMATIC WHITE BOARD CLEANER.

How it solves the PROBLEM

•“The automatic white board cleaner” is system that can solve the problems faced by the faculties. It will shorten the time and minimize efforts.

•It takes around 7 seconds to clean the board without destroying the quality of it.

•The system contains the wiper which moves in horizontal movements and It wipes the board TWICE at a short time.

HOW IT WORKS?•The automatic white board cleaner consists of rails (drawer), supports, wiper bar and a micro-controller to wipe the board from a reasonable distance.

•The remote controller system makes it easy to use the system and this allows to clean the board the from reasonable distance.

•So, “THE AUTOMATIC WHITE BOARD CLEANER” will bring the revolution in education industry and It is a spectacular replacement of DUSTER.

•As well as it will reduce the efforts made by the board users.

FEASIBILITY

Though this concept is infant in India, but It is widely used in most of the EU, African countries and other Asian countries.

We are the first player in the Indian market.

Several surveys have been conducted by our team in various educational institutes.

The main motive behind creating the system is to reduce cost and effort made by the board user in classroom.

Rather than importing from external source, We took an initiative to MAKE IN INDIA.

Our Marketing team went to the market research in different private institutes and colleges for survey regarding product of white board cleaner. Many institution agreed to buy our product as it was beneficial for them.

We got many purchase orders from different institutions like FIITJEE, AKASH , CAREER LAUNCHER, TIMES ETC.

With the help of our IT team we developed pages on Facebook and Twitter named as “MAGIC SOLUTION INC.” for better selective social media marketing for advertisement of our product.

We came to a conclusion of different institution which has been shown in below flow chart.

We got very good feedbacks from different private institution regarding our product. Many institution willing to buy our product.
