HARD-WEARING TECHNOLOGY FOR EVERYDAY USEEasy operation was of paramount importance when developing the MAI®400EASY PLUS.Concentrating on the necessary technology while removal of convenience features ensures trouble-free operation and operator-friendly maintenance. The MAI®CODUR system which is used across the entire wet and parts of the dry range is highly wear-resistant and enables easy cleaning.There are two motor versions available. One is the 200 V - 240 V single-phase solution and the other one a 400 V three-phase version characterized by a powerful starting torque. Delivery rates of 8 l/min, 16 l/min or 23 l/min can be achieved by using one of the three worm pumps offered.
The MAI®400 EASY PLUS is a classic injection pump for grouting of rock bolts and injection works in underground and foundation construction. Due to its low weight it is particularly suitable for use in difficult terrain where it can also be transported by helicopter. The machine can be fed with dry material either manually from bags or directly from the silo.
SPUR GEAR MOTOR ensures that the material is mixed in a single pass and delivered in the desired quantity. The flow rate can be determined by using different sized worm pumps.
MAI®CODUR produced plastic components of the dry and wet range reduce wear and min-imize the cleaning efforts.
EASY®WORM PUMPS in three different versions enable delivery rates of 8 l/min, 16 l/min and 23 l/min.
PUMP OUTLET WITH INTEGRATED PRESSURE GAUGE. The special design en-sures linear material flow as well as easy maintenance and assembly.
WATER SYSTEM in vertical design can be emptied effortlessly to prevent frost damage.

INDIVIDUAL EQUIPMENT FOR YOUR REQUIREMENTSThe MAI®400 EASY PLUS can optionally be fitted with a wired remote control and an adjustable grou-ting pressure switch for limiting the maximum grouting pressure. A material transfer hood is available for silo operation. The machine can be ordered with a built-in water pump to increase the water pressure.
