• Mailenger is a Messaging Framework. It is a cluster of some of the popularly used forms of Messaging viz. SMS and Email

• Mailenger is an Integrated Messaging Channel, which will handle all the Messaging, be the messages in any form. It will bring all the Messaging under one roof and will eventually eliminate the need of separate Messaging Utilities.

• Mailenger, being an Integrated Messaging Suite, is totally enabled using Wi-Fi and/or Mobile Data and can work independent of Mobile Network.

• Mailenger has different components, which work in integration, as Entire Product. The beauty of this modular approach is that, these components can also work as separate utilities, if required.

• Mailenger has a desktop based application which acts as a Messaging Client. This counterpart of Mailenger will take care of Messaging from desktop devices to desktop devices and/or Mobile devices and even vice versa.

• Desktop based application is essentially a OS Based service, which will handle all the messaging from and to desktop.

• For convenient integration with web browsers, Mailenger Browser Plug-in is also available, which can be integrated with the popularly used web browsers. This plug-in can work independent of underlying OS.

• User’s Messages are synchronised between Smart Phone App and Desktop Based Application Client.

• Mailenger Messaging Server is heart of Mailenger Framework. It acts as a bridge between Message Sender and Message Recipient.

• Messaging Server can effectively communicate with Message Sender. It can be an Individual User or even a Enterprise Level Application, which needs to communicate important Notification Messages.

• Messaging Server follows the standard norms of Security over web viz. SSL and Encryption.

• Messaging Server also has finite Buffering Capacity to store the messages in a queue, if the recipient device could not be reached, so that user doesn’t lose on any important message.

• In order to facilitate Messaging (alerts and notifications) in Enterprise Level Business Application, Mailenger has provided a dedicated Web API.

• Mailenger Web API can be conveniently injected and integrated into Client-Server Based Enterprise Applications. Web API takes care of all the Messaging from Server to Client Nodes, over Mailenger Framework.

• Web API component can be used either as a robust standalone system parallel to conventional messaging utilities or can be customized as per the requirements.

• Mailenger Web API follows standard norms of web security such as SSL and Encryption.
