Find Credits & Providers

For activities offered
by providers which
are NOT pre-
approved, 1 CPH
credit for each full
clock hour, up to a
maximum of 8
credits for each full-
day program.
Assess each session
for relevance to a
CPH domain.
Exclude general
sessions, breaks,
duty-free meals,
social events, &
housekeeping
remarks.
Review
Articulate the
number of CPHCE

maintain the CPH.
Identify at least 3
pre-approved
providers of
CPHCE.
