North American Construction Group (NACG) was founded in 1953 in road building, but soon made our entrance into heavy civil construction and mining in the Oil Sands in 1973.

With over 40 years of experience in Oil Sands maintenance services, NACG has extensive experience maintaining and rebuilding equipment in severe duty environments.

NACG offers a new lease on life with both complete and partial machine rebuilds on a variety of equipment. We have history and experience of successfully rebuilding large excavators, shovels, dozers, graders, large haul trucks, as well as blades, buckets and undercarriages.

NACG Maintenance

Our new 33,000 sq ft. Acheson facility specializes in maintenance and rebuild services for all models up to 400 ton ultra class trucks and 800 ton excavators. Our comprehensive program can be tailored to fit all of our clients' needs.

Our 24,000 sq ft. Ruth Lake facility concentrates on maintenance and component changes on larger haul trucks as well as large 100+ ton excavators.

NACG has the ability to provide maintenance support directly in the field and in our fully equipped facilities to manage customer repair needs effectively.

Support Services

MobilizationNACG offers float services up to 250 ton machines as well as tow haul service for 400 ton haul trucks efficiently and safely. We also specialize in hydraulic shovel moves and large truck moves that require major disassembly and assembly.

Track Ice Lugging

NACG offers dozer and excavator ice lugging installation either on-site or in our facilities at Ruth lake or Acheson.

Field Service

Our field support group provides mobile field technicians who focus on emergency repairs, technical troubleshooting, component changes and overhauls on large excavators.

NACG focuses on Reliability and trusted processes to guarantee the best quality products and services are provided at every turn for the highest customer satisfaction experience.
