Implementation of QHSSE PolicyIn implementing the Policy, the following shall apply:All work must be planned and executed in compliance with this policyAll jobs not complying with this policy must not be started or if started, must be stopped and the situation rectified before the job can continueOnly qualified and competent personnel shall be employedStaff shall be trained on HSE issues to recognize hazards in their work Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) shall be provided for all staff and the use of these be deemed compulsory if staff are to be engaged in hazardous jobsAll accidents/incidents that may occur shall be reported and fully investigated to prevent a reoccurrence.All HSE Meetings, Findings, accidents, Audits, Plans and performance statistics shall be properly documented for reference purposes
