Lindbergh Lounge This unique, aviation-themed lounge can accommodate up to 75 persons. The lounge area includes: a spacious bar
with large windows, overlooking the Wittman Regional Airport runway; tables and chairs; and televisions. The Lounge is ideal for cocktail receptions, pre-function Ballroom events, and small gatherings. The lounge can be
combined with pre-function area and is ideal for events with multiple displays.
Kitty Hawk Observation Deck The Observation Deck is located on the Ballroom rooftop and overlooks Wittman Regional Airport and EAA
grounds. The deck is 6000 square feet and can accommodate up to 400 persons.
GENERAL INFORMATION & POLICIES
Rooms Our Ballroom will accommodate a maximum of 400 guests for a buffet or sit down style dinner and up to 500 guests
for a Hors d’oeuvres reception.
Payment For Friday and Sunday Weddings a $500.00 deposit is due with the signed contract. $300.00 is applied to the
banquet space and the remaining $200.00 is applied towards the Food and Beverage. For Saturday Weddings a $1000.00 deposit is due with the signed contract. $700.00 is applied to the banquet space and $300.00 is applied
towards the Food and Beverage. Should you cancel, all deposits are non-refundable.
Menu Guarantees Details should be completed approximately two months prior to the event. At this time you will meet with Sales,
Food and Beverage and the Chef. Please call for an appointment. Final menu selection and special requests should be submitted to the Sales Department two weeks prior to the scheduled event. Confirmation of final attendance
counts and full payment is due 6 working days prior to your event. This number is considered your final guarantee. Menu prices are guaranteed 90 days out.
Sales Tax & Service Charge
A State Sales Tax of 5% will be added to your account, unless a tax exempt certificate is presented to the Hilton Garden Inn of Oshkosh three days in advance. A service charge of 18% will be applied to all food and beverages charged to your account, this service charge is taxable by law. A 10% Off-Site Catering Charge will be added to your account for off-site catering.
Food & Beverage The sales and service of alcohol beverages are regulated by Wisconsin law. As a licensee, the Hilton Garden Inn Oshkosh can not allow liquor to be brought into any venue from outside sources. All alcoholic and accompanying
beverages served on Hilton Garden Inn Oshkosh property and surrounding grounds must be purchased and served by the staff of the Hilton Garden Inn Oshkosh. Wis. Stat. 125.32(6) No one under the age of twenty-one will be allowed to consume alcoholic beverages. The Hilton Garden Inn Oshkosh reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide valid proof of age or to anyone who appears intoxicated. All food served in any function room of the hotel must be purchased and prepared by the Hilton Garden Inn Oshkosh. No food may be allowed in any function room from outside sources. DH & SS, Section 196.07. The only exception to this policy will be a wedding cake.
The wedding cake, if not served as dessert, will have a cake-cutting fee of $.50 per person. If the cake is served as dessert there will be no additional fees.

Decorations
The Hilton Garden Inn Oshkosh does not permit the affixing of anything to the walls, ceilings or floors of the rooms with nails, staples, or any other substance unless approved by the Sales Manager. The Hilton Garden Inn does not
allow confetti, rice or sequence. In breach of contract your final bill will reflect a $250.00 penalty. If your centerpieces include candles, they must be enclosed with wick at least one inch below the opening, so there is no
open flame. This is a Fire Ordinance.
Security The Hilton Garden Inn of Oshkosh shall not assume any responsibility for the damage or loss of items stored or displayed on its property. The hotel reserved the right to inspect and control all private functions held on the premises. If the noise from entertainment or public address systems disturbs other patrons, the Hilton Garden Inn of Oshkosh reserves the right to request the patron or band leader to lessen volume, or if necessary, to perform without amplification.
