Malachi 2:17 (AMP)

You have wearied the Lord with your words. Yet you say, In what

way have we wearied Him? [You do it when by your actions] you say, who does evil is good in the sight

of the Lord and He delights in them. Or [by asking], Where is the

God of justice?

Jeremiah 33:14-1614 ‘Behold, days are coming,’ declares the LORD, ‘when I will fulfill the good word which I have spoken concerning the house of Israel and the house of Judah. 15 -‘In those days and at that

time I will cause a righteous Branch of David to spring forth; and He shall

execute justice and righteousness on the earth.

Jeremiah 33:14-1616 -‘In those days Judah will be

saved and Jerusalem will dwell in safety; and this is the name by

which she will be called: the LORD is our righteousness.

Knowing Good from Evil

The Law Given

Justified

Romans 3:21-26 (NKJV)

21 But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed,

being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, 22 even the

righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference;

Justified

Romans 3:21-26 (NKJV)

23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 being

justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ

Jesus,

Justified

Romans 3:21-26 (NKJV)

25 whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through

faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His

forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed,

Justified

Romans 3:21-26 (NKJV)

26 to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who

has faith in Jesus.

Romans 6:1-2, 141 What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin so that grace

may increase? 2 May it never be! How shall we who died to sin still live in it? … 14 For sin shall not be master over you, for you are not

under law but under grace

Page 13: Malachi 2:17 (AMP) You have wearied the Lord with your words. Yet you say, In what way have we wearied Him? [You do it when by your actions] you say,

Divine Justice

Romans 1-5… 5 emphasis justification by grace

through faith, apart from works of the law.

Romans 6 starts an emphasis that justification is not a license to sin, nor is it saying there is no right or wrong

2 Corinthians 3:2-3 (NKJV)

2 You are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read by all men;

3 clearly you are an epistle of Christ, ministered by us, written

not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of flesh, that is, of

the heart.

Divine Justice

The Word of God is living Not letter, but spirit alive in your

heart

Divine Justice

1. The Bible is without error

2 Peter 1:20-21 (NKJV)

20 knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation, 21 for

prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as

they were moved by the Holy Spirit.

2. The Bible is absolute truth

2 Timothy 4:3-4 (NKJV)

3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but

according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves

teachers; 4 and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be

turned aside to fables.

Page 19: Malachi 2:17 (AMP) You have wearied the Lord with your words. Yet you say, In what way have we wearied Him? [You do it when by your actions] you say,

RELATIVISM

RELATIVISM - a theory that knowledge is relative to the limited nature of the mind and the conditions of knowing, a view that ethical truths depend on the individuals and groups holding them

Sounds like the Knowledge of Good and Evil

Page 20: Malachi 2:17 (AMP) You have wearied the Lord with your words. Yet you say, In what way have we wearied Him? [You do it when by your actions] you say,

RELATIVISM

There is no absolute Right or True; there are only beliefs which are ‘right’ or ‘true’ relative to the culture in which they are held

Page 21: Malachi 2:17 (AMP) You have wearied the Lord with your words. Yet you say, In what way have we wearied Him? [You do it when by your actions] you say,

RELATIVISM

Filled our education system for a generation

No Bible, No Prayer, Do not say that is sin

Times change… Need to accept people… Who gives you the right to

judge… Hater

Page 22: Malachi 2:17 (AMP) You have wearied the Lord with your words. Yet you say, In what way have we wearied Him? [You do it when by your actions] you say,

RELATIVISM

Yes, we (the Church) have done things wrong

Page 23: Malachi 2:17 (AMP) You have wearied the Lord with your words. Yet you say, In what way have we wearied Him? [You do it when by your actions] you say,

Absolute Truth

The enemy has filled the minds of most of this culture with the indoctrination that no one has the right to tell anyone else what is right or wrong… Or: don’t judge (We judge all by

the Bible)… Or: you sin also…

Page 24: Malachi 2:17 (AMP) You have wearied the Lord with your words. Yet you say, In what way have we wearied Him? [You do it when by your actions] you say,

Absolute Truth

The truth has been sacrificed at the altar of “nice”

God is calling for a bold remnant to raise up, and yes, to be armed with love… but also truth!

Page 25: Malachi 2:17 (AMP) You have wearied the Lord with your words. Yet you say, In what way have we wearied Him? [You do it when by your actions] you say,

Absolute Truth

Psalm 119:160 (NKJV)

The entirety of Your word is truth, And every one of Your righteous

judgments endures forever.

False Religions (adding anything to be equal with the Bible)

Page 26: Malachi 2:17 (AMP) You have wearied the Lord with your words. Yet you say, In what way have we wearied Him? [You do it when by your actions] you say,

Absolute Truth

John 17:17 (NKJV)

Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.

3. The Bible is inspired by God.

2 Timothy 3:16 (NKJV)

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for

doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.

Inspiration - God-breathed

Divine Justice has been revealed to us through the

Word of God
