It seems like it was just yesterday, but it’s actually a decade since we started out in the business world, with our degree and master’s degree from the prestigious Barcelona Business School ESADE, rated 3rd among European business schools. We worked for multinational companies in the cosmo-politan Barcelona, prepared to “cross the pond” and in 2004 moved to our beloved island, Mallorca, where we put into practice all the experience we had gained in the finance and marketing world. | They have been 10 interesting years on a personal and professional level. We have seen first-hand the island’s transformation, following the worldwide economic crisis. The entertainment and gastro-nomy offered on the island has increased drama-tically and is now more avant-garde than ever, thanks to the ingenuity and the internationaliza-tion of its people. | Why MallorcaSite.com? Why an estate agency? Our business plan focused from the very beginning on the foreign market, those that wanted to live on the island. Our youthful pro-file that was versed in new technologies indicated that the strongest tool to reach this target market was, and is the Internet. That, together with our large network of contacts in this field, was the key for defining our business idea. Was the real estate on offer and the business structure adequate? We studied the competition at the time and felt that it was not ideal. We didn’t want to be just a house shop and create a massive network of offices and flood the market. Bank estate agents have proved that this does not work. We focused on flexibility and innovation in our team. We became a “bouti-que estate agent” or a “tailor made service”, flexibi-lity, personalized and personal service became our trademarks. Few clients and lots of services have been the key to helping many families find their new home thanks to our advice.

Unsere neueste technische Errungenschaft und Weiterentwicklung unserer Fähigkeiten, ist die Nutzung von Luftbildern dank einer eigenen Drohne. his is my creation for the 10th year anniversary of MallorcaSite.com. The Ma-llorcaSite cocktail had to be fresh, young,

Mediterranean, fit for an international crowd, with a touch of glamour and at the same time dy-namic and easy to digest, not tiring, with a bold colour, and of course corporate, so we thought up a combination of local, seasonal produce together with some international ingredients. | A cocktail designed for a special night and international clientele, with elderberry liquor, that reminds us of a Hugo, to which we add a natural and local element, the pomegranate, and something as po-pular, trustworthy and transparent as soda. The glamorous, youthful touch comes from the cava. Green shows confidence and reinforces the Medi-terranean feel so we added the mint to macerate.

The Nando Esteva work captures the essence of Mallor-caSite.com that we wanted to transmit in the event through a corporate cocktail. An image that highlights the subtlety of the drink, combining the movement of water and the fres-hness of colour with the Majorcan author’s original style.

Tenía que ser fresco, mediterráneo, joven, para un público internacional, con un toque de glamour y a su vez dinámico y fácil de digerir, que no canse, con un color atrevido, corporativo ¡claro!, así que pensa-mos en la combinación de productos de tempora-da y locales junto con otros de carácter interna-cional. | Es un cóctel pensado para una noche especial, para un cliente internacional. Al licor de flor de saúco, sabor que recuerda a un Hugo, le unimos la granada -elemento natural y local- y la soda, que es cercana, transparente, algo en lo que se puede confiar. El toque glamuroso, joven y mediterráneo lo pone el cava. El verde siempre muestra confianza y refuerza ese toque medite-rráneo, de ahí la hierbabuena para macerar.

La obra Nando Esteva capta la esencia de MallorcaSi-te.com que queríamos transmitir en el evento a través del cocktail corporativo. Una imagen en la que destaca la sutileza de la copa, el movimiento del agua y la frescura del color con el original estilo del autor mallorquín.

his own architect and urban planning studio, in Mallorca and Ibiza. Among his many projects we should highlight hotels, residential and holiday complexes, the Carrefour commercial centre and the new head office for Gesa-Endesa in Palma. In the urban planning field he has intervened in many partial plans and urban planning projects. He specialises in detached homes in exclusive developments.

Esp / Nacido en 1945 y licenciado en 1970 por la Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Barcelona (ETSAB), desarrolla desde entonces su actividad profesional con estudio propio de arquitectura y urbanismo en Mallorca e Ibiza. Entre sus numerosos proyectos destacan edificios hoteleros, complejos residenciales y vacacionales, el centro comercial Carrefour y la nueva sede
