Deformed bar, also known as reinforcing bar or rebar, is a ribbed round steel bar generally used in construction and to reinforce concrete. Deformed bar improves the strength and structural properties of concrete, while also making it to more resistant to cracking and weathering. Steel deformed bar’s surface is patterned to encourage it to form a stronger bond with the concrete. Mammoth offers a full range of steel deformed bar.

i-beam(ipe/ipeaa)/IPE and IPEAA, also known as I-Beam, is a steel section with a cross-sectional shape of the letter “I”. IPE and IPEAA are important in many industries, especially the construction, engineering, and mechanical fields. IPE and IPEAA are used to construct bridges, buildings, vehicles, and mechanical parts, along with many other uses. They are ideal for beams and girders because of their high strength and capacity to carry heavy loads, and may be used alone or in conjunc-tion with other materials such as concrete. Mammoth offers a full range of IPE and IPEAA.

h-beam/H-Beam is a steel section with cross-sectional shape of the letter “H”. H-Beam has a wide variety of applications, and is used in large buildings, factories, bridges, ships, hoisting and transport machinery, equipment foundations, stents, and foundation piles. It has good mechanical properties, and often saves weight and cost thanks to its high strength to weight ratio. Mammoth offers a full range of H-Beams.

Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron, or PPGI, is GI coil with a layer of paint added during the manufac-turing process to one or both sides. Painting the coil during the manufacturing process is a superior alternative to typical post-manufacturing options. The GI is cleaned and a primer is applied before the painting process, which occurs in a single continuous line. PPGI has a very wide range of applications, such as car parts, furniture, housing, building exteriors, appliance manufacture, HVAC systems, roofing, and many others. We are very strict about PPGI at Mam-moth, and we always make sure you get the highest quality surface, as well as the full amount of zinc you pay for. Mammoth offers a full range of PPGI products.

seamless pipe/Seamless pipe is manufactured by drawing a solid steel billet over a piercing rod to create the hollow pipe without any welding or seam. Since it is a single piece of steel, seamless pipe with-stands internal pressure better than other types of pipe. Because of this, seamless pipe is often used in the oil and gas industry, or in other applications where the pipe is to be used in a high-pressure environment. Mammoth offers a full range of seamless pipe.

Prefabricated homes, also known as prefab homes, are manufactured off-site in sections that are shipped and assembled on-site. One of the greatest advantages to buying prefabricated homes from Mammoth is that once assembled, a prefabricated home is ready for immediate use. Everything from light fixtures, to electrical outlets, to plumbing and bathroom fixtures are included in the manufactured product delivered and ready for assembly. Prefab homes can be designed in any number of configurations, floor plans, and sizes, with a number of advantages over a traditionally constructed home.
prefabricated home/
• The cost of materials and labor of prefabricated homes is almost always substantially lower than that of traditional homes.
• A skilled crew can construct a prefabricated home on a prepared site in as little as a single day.
• Prefabricated homes can be quickly manufactured and shipped, making them ideal when a large number of homes is needed at low cost in a timely manner.
• The maintenance requirement prefabricated houses is much lower than traditional homes.
• Certain prefabricated homes are modular in nature, making it easy to design a larger or smaller home, or change the layout of the interior.
• Modern Prefabricated homes can have diversified specifications. The entire design, from size to interior partitions, can be modified to meet our customers’ requirements.
Modern prefabricated homes can have a great number of designs, such as single-family homes or multi-story structures. Beyond these, prefabricated structures can have a variety of other uses, such as offices, hotels, apartments, sentry boxes, storage facilities, and warehouses. Prefabricated structures can also be designed for special circumstances, such as earthquake resistance and wind-proofing.

Ground Granulated Blast furnace Slag, or GGBS, is a concrete additive and a by-product of the furnaces used to make iron. During the smelting process, the slag floats to the top of the furnace and is tapped off as a molten liquid. This is processed into the finished product, a fine powder that can be added to cement. GGBS is added to cement anywhere from 30%-85% by weight, with typical levels being 40%-50%, depending on the desired properties. In addition to creating higher-strength concrete, GGBS is less expensive than Portland cement, and will reduce the overall cost of concrete. GGBS provides a number of benefits when added to cement:
ggbs/
• Lower cost
• Higher strength concrete
• Better workability, making placing and compaction easier
• Lower early-age temperature rise, reducing the risk of thermal cracking in large pours
• Elimination of the risk of damaging internal reactions such as AAR (alkali-aggregate reaction)
• High resistance to chloride ingress
• Reduced risk of reinforcement corrosion
• High resistance to attack by sulphate and other chemicals providing considerable sustainability benefits
• High percentage (50-70%) GGBS concrete is useful for port/marine concrete structures (high percentage GGBS has slightly lower early-age strength and longer curing time)
