You can easily navigate to all your services using the navigation bar. Each navigation title is sorted by service category,

including Reporting, Payments, Receivables, Fraud/ Risk, File Management, and Admin. Responsive design renders the

screen view, including the navigation bar, depending on your device (e.g. desktop, laptop, tablet or a mobile device).

CUSTOMIZING YOUR DASHBOARD M&T’s Treasury Center has a customizable dashboard that allows you to personalize your login views to the services

you use the most. Treasury Center uses blocks of functionality, or widgets, to organize your dashboard.

Widget Elements:

1. Add Widget dropdown is in the upper-right corner of every screen and provides a list of available widgets that can

be added to any page you choose.

2. Settings icon contains widget settings including Help, Remove, and Resize.

3. Print, export and refresh are options within each widget. Date and time stamp are on each widget.

4. Add, Resize (half or full-page width), Relocate, or Remove widgets.

Adding a Widget 1. Click on the Add Widget dropdown arrow located in the right corner of your dashboard. A list of available widgets

for your dashboard will be displayed.

2. Click on the name of the widget you would like to add to your dashboard. The new widget appears under any

existing widgets on your dashboard and will be saved in that position for future logons, unless you choose to move it to

another location.

Moving a Widget

1. Click on the top border of the widget with the mouse arrow. Hold the left mouse button down to grab, then release

the left mouse button to drop the widget where you would like to place it on your dashboard. You will see a blue border

appear when it is in move mode.

Removing a Widget

1. Click on the settings icon in the upper-right corner of a widget to access the widget settings.

2. Click on Remove.

Resizing a Widget

1. Click on the settings icon in the upper-right corner of a widget to access the widget settings.

2. Click on Resize to toggle the widget between half or full-page width.

LIST VIEWS

Throughout Treasury Center and especially important in Balance Reporting is our List View Feature. Data tables such as

Previous Day Summary or Current Day Transactions allow you to configure the columns displayed, column order, apply

filters (e.g. credits only, date range, etc.). List View allows you to then name and save unlimited views for future use. For

each data table, you can choose what the default List View is when accessed.

List View Components can include Filter, Settings, Column Order.

Filter – located above data tables on the left-hand side. Note: filter options vary by data table. Multiple filters can be

applied and saved to a single List View (e.g. Month to Date and Credits Only).

1. Click the Select fields dropdown.

2. Select desired filter option.

3. Click Apply.

Settings – locate in the upper-right hand corner of the data table (cog wheel icon). Note: column options vary by data

table.

2. Click desired column option(s) checkbox to display or click already checked column option(s) checkbox to hide.

3. Click Update.

4. You can rearrange the order of columns by clicking on a column and dragging it to your desired location.

Saving List View

1. Click the List View dropdown located above the data table on the right-hand side.

2. Click +Save View.

3. Type in a name for your List View.

4. Click Go. Your List View has been saved.

5. Click Set As Default if you wish that List View be the default view for that data table.

NOTIFICATIONS

The Notifications Widget will display all bank related messages and the counts of approvals, rejected files and failed

payments. (e.g. New User approval, User modification approval.)

1. For bank related messages, click More to expand the message.

2. A set of notifications are available for approvals and notifications. When you click View, it will take you to the list of

approvals or items to review.

SECURITY SETTINGS Passwords and token passcodes are important security mechanisms used to authenticate access to Treasury Center.

To protect our clients, all users with payment entitlements will be required to use a security token as a password when

logging in to Treasury Center. Please see appendix for entitlements that require a user a token rather than a password

to log in.

Mobile Token

Before a user can register their mobile token, the company administrator must go into Treasury Center and select the

user’s “Challenge Method” to be mobile token. Existing Global Admins with physical tokens will need M&T to make this

change.

Steps for Administrator to Change User’s Challenge Method

1. Log on to your Treasury Center account.

2. Under Admin tab, click User Maintenance.

3. Scroll to the user you want to update and click View.

4. Under Other User Info, click Modify.

5. Scroll down to Admin Settings and click the dropdown under Challenge Method to be Mobile Token.

6. Click Update to save your changes.

Once this is completed, the user must follow the steps to register their token.

Registering Mobile Token To successfully register the mobile token, the user must first download the PingID app onto their smartphone. Once

this is completed, the user is required to follow the steps to pair their smartphone with their Treasury Center account.

Step 1: Download PingID App

1. Go into app store on mobile device, search “PingID”, and click download. a. Depending on your mobile device, download PingID App from:

i. iPhone: Apple App Store

ii. Android: Google Play Store

2. Once the PingID app is installed on your smartphone, tap Open.

3. The first time you access PingID you will be prompted to accept the terms of service. Tap Accept.

4. You will also need to enable push notifications, camera, and location for PingID. Tap I Understand and accept all PingID permission requests when prompted to do so (tap Allow and OK).

After you have successfully downloaded the PingID app on your smartphone, the next step is to pair your smartphone with your Treasury Center account. Step 2: Pair Your Device

1. Go to Treasury Center on your tablet/desktop.

2. Type in your User ID. Click Continue.

3. You will be emailed a temporary password.

4. Input the temporary password emailed to you, click Log In.

5. You will be redirected to the PingID registration page.

6. Open the PingID app on your mobile device and scan the QR code on the registration page.

• Option to manually pair your device using the pairing key.

7. PingID verifies the QR code and pairs your phone automatically. You will see a green checkmark indicating this was completed successfully.

8. An authentication request is generated immediately, and you are prompted to authenticate on your mobile device by swiping up. You will see a green checkmark indicating this was completed successfully.

9. Registration is now complete and you will be successfully logged into Treasury Center.

Note: User will only have to register the mobile token once, the first time at login.

Optional: Once pairing is completed successfully, you will be prompted to complete the set-up of your profile by

entering a nickname and add an image. Click Done.

4. You will also need to enable push notification, camera, and location for PingID. Tap I Understand and accept all PingID permission requests when prompted – varies by device.

Physical Token

Registering a Physical Token

1. Type in your User ID. Then click Continue.

2. A temporary password will be sent to the email address on file in the user’s profile.

3. Type the temporary password on the next screen and click Log In. Note: There is an option save User ID if you are the only user logging in from that computer.

4. Type in physical token serial number (found on back on token).

5. Type in physical token passcode (number the token reveals).

6. Click Submit and proceed to log in. User will log in with the physical token as passcode going forward.

Reset a Password

The requirements for passwords in Treasury Center are as follows:

• At least eight characters

• At least one capital letter and one lowercase letter

• At least one number

• Cannot be your email

• Cannot have three or more repeating characters

• Cannot repeat your last four passwords

3. Enter in temporary password received via email. Click Log In

4. Enter physical token serial number and token passcode. 5. Enter physical token response number and click Submit

Forgot Password

You have the option to request a new temporary password if you have forgotten your password.

1. Click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login screen.

2. Type in your User ID. Then click Continue. You will be prompted to answer two security questions.

3. Type in the answers to your security questions.

Note: Contact the Treasury Management Service Team at 1-800-724-2240, Monday-Friday 8am-6pm ET if you do not

remember the answers to your security questions.

1. Click Next after providing your security answers.

2. Click Continue.

3. An email containing a temporary password will be sent to the email address in your Treasury Center user profile.

Note: The temporary password will expire within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not log in within 24 hours, follow the

Forgot Password steps again to receive a new temporary password.

Change your Password

If you would like to change your existing password, you can do so within your profile once logged into Treasury Center.

1. Log in to Treasury Center and click on your User ID in the upper-right corner of your screen. A dropdown menu will appear.

2. Click Security Settings.

3. Enter your current password, your new password, and re-enter your new password.

4. Click Next.

5. You will receive a confirmation that your password has changed successfully.

Reset Security Questions (if applicable)

If you would like to change your existing Security Questions (questions and/or answers), you can do so within your profile once logged into Treasury Center.

1. Log in to Treasury Center and click on your User ID in the upper-right corner of your screen. A drop-down menu will appear.

2. Click Security Settings.

3. Select one or more new security questions and/or provide one or more new answers.

4. Click Save.

ALERTS

M&T’s Treasury Center provides the ability to create alerts that allow you to be notified via email when a new user is

created, a user is modified, a user needs approval, and/ or a user has been deleted.

• Alerts found under the Admin navigation item

• Ability to subscribe to alerts for yourself

• Ability to set up a group of recipients to receive alerts

• Alerts are sent via email to the email address entered during the alert setup

Add a Recipient for Alerts Prior to setting up an alert, you must set up the recipient(s) of the alert.

1. In the navigation select Alerts > Scroll to the Recipient > Click Insert.

2. Fill out the required fields:

• Name

• Email Address

3. You can click Add Another Contact Method to add additional email addresses to receive the alert.

4. Once completed > Click Save. A message at the top of the Alert Center will indicate “Client email recipients

submitted” if it was successful.

Add a Recipient Group for Alerts

A group of multiple recipients can receive the same alert by using the Recipient Group feature. A Recipient Group must be created before setting up the alert.

1. Select the Alerts option under the Admin navigation menu.

2. Choose the Recipient Group tab within the Alerts workspace.

3. Click Insert.

4. Enter a Group Name.

5. Add recipients to the group by clicking in the Recipient Name field – existing Recipients will be displayed. Note: You can choose multiple recipients by clicking on each name individually.

6. Click Save.

Add a New Alert 1. Select the Alerts option under the Admin navigation menu.

2. Click on Add New Alert on the Alerts tab of the Alerts workspace.

3. Complete all required fields:

a. Alert Name > Type in a desired name of Alert

b. Alert Group > Select ‘Administration’

c. Alert Type > User Alert Populates

d. Alert Subject Line > Type in your desired Subject Line

e. Recipients/ Recipients Groups > Type in an email group (recipients must be set up first, see instruction above). Note: You can only add Recipients OR Recipient Groups, not both, for an alert.

f. Contact Methods > Populates the recipients selected. Note: You can uncheck email addresses for any of the recipients listed

g. Actions > Choose an action or provide an account number based on the type of alert

4. Click Save.

Modify an Alert

1. Select the Alerts option under the Admin navigation menu.

2. Find the alert you want to modify by using filters or scrolling within the Alerts grid.

3. Click Modify from the Actions dropdown within the grid.

4. Edit the applicable field(s).

5. Click Save.

Delete an Alert

1. Select the Alerts option under the Admin navigation menu.

2. Find the alert you would like to delete in the Alerts list.

3. Click Delete in the Actions dropdown.

My Settings - My Settings houses alert contact methods. Currently, Treasury Center only supports email for alerts.

1. Select the Alerts option under the Admin navigation menu.

2. Click on the My Settings tab within the Alerts workspace.

3. Populate the following fields: • Email – required, populates from the user profile information • Phone (Voice) – not applicable • Mobile (SMS) – Coming Soon! • Fax – not applicable

Check Management

Positive Pay Cutoff Time is Approaching This alert sends an email when the cutoff time is approaching.

Positive Pay Decision Pending Approval

This alert sends positive pay decisions that need to be approved.

Positive Pay Suspect Item Alert This alert sends an email to the user if there are positive pay suspect items that have been loaded.

Reverse Positive Pay Cutoff Time is Approaching This alert sends an email when the cutoff time is approaching.

Reverse Positive Pay Decision Pending Approval

This alert sends an email when positive pay decisions need to be approved.

Reverse Positive Pay Paid Item Alert

This alert notifies the user that there are reverse positive pay suspect items that have been loaded. The alert lists the accounts that suspect items have been loaded for.

Reverse Positive Pay No Paid Items

This alert notifies the user that there are no suspect items for the selected amount when a suspect file is loaded.

Positive Pay No Suspect Items This alert notifies the user that there are no suspect items for the selected amount when a suspect file is loaded.

Transactions Processing Status Changed for Issues and Voids

This alert notifies that the status of a transaction has changed. It has been approved/bank approved/bank rejected.

File Import Confirmation for Check Issues and Voids

This is a timed alert that provides confirmation of whether check issues or voids imported successfully.

File Import Confirmation for Stop and Cancel Payments

This is a timed alert that provides confirmation of whether check issues or voids imported successfully.

Payments and Transfers

Templates Awaiting my Approval

A timed alert that notifies users when a template is pending approval.

Approval Window Passed A timed alert that alerts users when payments cannot be processed because of missing the cutoff window.

Processed Sends an email if a payment is received by the bank, confirmed by the bank, or rejected by the bank.

Payments Awaiting my Approval Sends an email if there are any payments for the company awaiting approval that the Client User can approve.

Approver Rejected Sends an email if there are any payments for the company that the approver rejected during the approval process for the current date.

Rejected Today Sends an email if any payments for the company have been rejected by the back-end payment system on the current day.

Closing Available Balance Checking

Notifies the user if there are any losing balances in the prior day load that meets the specified criteria.

Bank Report Received This alert sends an email when a legacy system report is loaded.
