The advantages start with thebest fork tip visibility in theindustry. It’s the result of thelowest power unit heightavailable combined with acentre-mounted tiller. Thisdesign enhances pallet entryand load positioning andimproves visibility along both sides of the load, which helps reduce operatorhandling errors.

Fork and load visibility is enhancedthrough the use of Crown’s centre-mounted steering tiller design. Orangefork tip indicators are positioned on thetop of the forks for pallet entry on theground and on the underside of theforks for enhanced pallet entry at height.

Any work-saving toolshould make it easy foryou to continue to reapthe benefits year afteryear. That’s why robustnesswas a key design strategy. It’s assured with the industry’sonly lifetime warranty for apedestrian stacker chassis.

A Crown stacker usessubstantially more steel thanits competitors, from thechassis to the mast. You can see the difference in the 8mm chassis skirt, sidepanels and top battery cover,and heavy-duty gearbox.

The steel front cover wasdesigned to protect internalcomponents in the mostdemanding applications. The mast features Crown’s I-beam rail design with thicksteel cross bars for addedstrength and stability.

The WF, ST and SX stackershave been proven in extensiveendurance tests under fullloads, from the componentlevel to full duty cycle testing.

Forward and upwardvisibility arealso excellent dueto the clear mastdesign with nestedrails and efficientrouting of hydraulichoses. The width of the mast is optimised,balancing the operator’s need to see both through and around the mast.

Crown’s innovative X10 Handle simplifiescontrol. The operatorbenefits from tactile andvisual cues to differentiatelift/lower and other controlfunctions. The sculptedcontrol pod is designed toallow operation of raise/lowercontrols while the handle is ina vertical position. A uniquethumbwheel design providesinfinite speed control. Toaddress safety concerns, theauto-reverse switch operates

in any handle position. Aprogrammable rabbit/turtleswitch provides an easy andsafe way to control speeds forless experienced operators,sensitive loads, or tightlycongested environments.Crown’s exclusive automaticbrake override allows thetruck to travel (creep speed)with the handle in a nearlyvertical position to furtherenhance manoeuvrability in tight spaces.

The centre-mountedtiller on Crown stackerspositions the operator a safedistance from the power unit and provides bettermanoeuvrability and visibility.
