We offer a professional Managed Print Service (MPS) that helps cut costs, reduce waste and improve operational efficiency. Working with one of the UK’s leading providers of MPS, we consolidate, manage and support your print and document infrastructure to optimise processes and ensure all hardware and software aligns with your business needs.
A simple four step process is all that’s needed:
MEASURE We will assess your current equipment, staff usage and document processes and discuss your requirements and objectives.
DESIGN We will then design the optimal infrastructure. This may include retaining some of the devices you already have, rationalising devices that are no longer required and introducing new technology if needed. We will also agree the account management, servicing and support you require. For many clients our consolidated billing service is another major benefit of MPS.
IMPLEMENT Transitioning to your new MPS and equipment is simple and straightforward. To minimise disruption we pre-configure all equipment off-site and our Client Support Team is always available to provide training and support on or off-site.
SUPPORT Our ongoing support and maintenance service will pre-empt many potential issues but when you do need on-site service we are committed to respond with a first time fix rate of 94%. Agreed SLAs, including just-in-time delivery of consumables, remote meter readings, pro-active equipment monitoring and rapid fault resolution all minimise the need for your staff to be involved and significantly reduce the demands on your own IT support desk.
