REGISTRATION 1. Q. How do I register for Manager Safety University (MSU)?
A. From the MSU main page, click on “Register Now” located at the top right on the page. Then complete the brief self-registration form and click on “Submit”.
2. Q. When self-registering, what do I enter for “Access Code”?A. Use your national store number as the access code. Do not include any leading zeros. (E.g. use 123 not 00123) Supervisors can use any store number they are responsible for.
3. Q. When self-registering, what do I put for “Username”?A. Username is your choice. There are no qualifications for username.
4. Q. When self-registering, are there any password requirements?A. No, but it is recommended to create a password which uses a combination of alpha and numeric characters.
5. Q. What if I registered before but can’t remember my password?A. At the top of the page click “login” and a second window will pop up where you can click “help logging in”. Follow the instructions from there.
6. Q. If I registered in the past, do I have to re-register?A. No, you can use your same username and password. MSU should be completed every year and your credentials shouldn’t change unless you change it.

A. MSU was designed to run on virtually any device that has internet access. This includes PCs (Mac & IBM), iPhones, Android, and tablets. Please make sure you have the latest updates downloaded to your devices to ensure the best connection to MSU.
9. Q. What internet browsers support MSU?A. Internet Explorer 11 and higher, along with the latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari and Firefox are the supported browsers. Any browser that does not support JavaScript or has JavaScript disabled will not work with the LMS. The browser also must support HTML5 for eLearning courses to work effectively.

A. Make sure pop-up blockers are disabled. The course will launch in a secondary internet window.13. Q. How do you disable pop-up blockers?

14. Q. I am having difficulties getting MSU to open or courses to launch, what do I do?A. Very often, simply logging out, closing your browser then trying again clears up any issues.
15. Q. My course questions did not load, what do I do?A. Make sure your device meets the above system requirements, log out, and close your browser then try again to clear up any issues.
16. Q. If I start a course then need to stop in the middle of it, can I pick-up where I left off?A. Yes. When you log back in and relaunch the course you have the option of starting where you left off or starting back at the beginning.
