‘Centralised ERTOs’
(~ 48% of responses). This type of ERTO reported
that 100% of its training effort was either delivered by
dedicated trainers only, or delivered by dedicated
trainers with some minor assistance from business
unit team leaders, supervisors, and/or experienced
employees.
‘Integrated ERTOs’
(~ 43% of responses). This type of ERTO reported
that 100% of its training effort was delivered on-the-
job by 'subject matter experts‘ (i.e. business unit
team leaders, supervisors, experienced employees or
volunteers) with support as needed from dedicated
trainers.
‘Volunteer ERTOs’
(~ 9% of responses). This type of ERTO reported
that 100% of its training effort was either delivered by
volunteers only, or delivered in the major part by
volunteers supported where needed by qualified
training co-ordinators or facilitators.
