The Manchester Club is a Grade II listed building featuring three floors of retail and refurbished office spaces on King Street in Manchester. A stunning example of Victorian Gothic architecture opened originally in 1871, the Manchester Club is an architectural gem of Manchester that has been carefully restored to its former grandeur, with upgraded facilities to meet the needs of modern business.
You’ll be in good company too, rubbing neighbourly shoulders on the ground floor with Liam Gallagher’s fashion label ‘Pretty Green’ as well as the colourful lingerie brand Agent Provocateur and restaurant Panama Hatty’s.
Within the immediate vicinity on King Street you’ll also be working alongside professional heavyweights Weightmans Solicitors, Hill Dickinson and Axa to name but a few.
The Manchester Club is located in a prime location on King Street, in the heart of Manchester’s traditional prime core for business. It’s proximity to Deansgate, Piccadilly Gardens and Market Street means your staff can enjoy a variety of retail amenities and transport connections just a stone’s throw from the front door. Manchester Piccadilly, Victoria and Oxford Road train stations are all within a ten minute walk.
Work spaces have been redesigned to make the most of the generous floor to ceiling heights and prominent ceiling features at the Manchester Club together with raised floors and cable management. A number of office suites feature existing meeting rooms and private offices integrated within the building.

Manchester Club
The Manchester Club was designed by Edward Salomons and purpose-built as a club house for Manchester’s Liberal Party elite – it’s unofficial name was ‘The Lighthouse of Liberty’. The building was opened by the then Prime Minister William Ewart Gladstone on October 17 1871 who’s statue still features in the building today.
