Scholarships/Loan Facility

o Scholarships are awarded by the Institute to students on merit-cum-means basis.

o LIBA also has tie up with corporates such as Bharti Foundations, Hyundai Motors India

Limited, Palaniswamy Trust etc. who offer scholarships to eligible students.

o The Institute will facilitate the process of obtaining educational loans from banks.

VIII. I Admission Policy

Prospective candidates applying for admission to the PGDM Full-Time programme should be

graduates in any discipline from a recognized university with a consistent record of first class

or a minimum average of sixty percent in Standards X, XII and in Graduation.

The prospective candidates appearing for the final examinations can also apply if they can

provide an official course completion certificate from their graduating university on or before

31st August.

Candidates, who apply to LIBA, will be short-listed only on the basis of their XAT/CAT

scores. Short-listed candidates will be called for a group discussion, interview and Written

Ability Test (WAT) for final selection.

Group Discussions and Interviews will be held in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkatta,

Mumbai and New Delhi.

VIII. II Reservation Policy

Fifty percent of the available vacancies are reserved for the Christian minority candidates,

of which, ten are reserved for Dalit Christians, provided they have obtained reasonable

scores. Consideration will also be given to first generation Dalit Christian candidates.

knowledge and skills in Training and Development. Worked as a Senior Professor in the area of

behavioural sciences at the Anna Institute of Management for fifteen years. Has organized and

functioned as a main resource person for more than three hundred and fifty management

development programmes designed for the Senior Executives working in Public and Private Sectors.
