WarningFANTECH,INC.productsaredesignedandmanufacturedtoprovidereliableperformance,buttheyarenotguaranteedtobe100%freefromdefects.Evenreliableproductswillexperienceoccasionalfailuresandthispossibilityshouldberecognizedbytheuser.Iftheseproductsareusedinalifesupportventilationsystemwherefailurecouldresultinlossorinjury,theusershouldprovideadequatebackupventilation,supplementarynaturalventilation,fail-urealarmsystem,oracknowledgewillingnesstoaccepttheriskofsuchlossorinjury.
