product. Please do not dispose the product to high temperature, humidity or high

content of dust. Please do not dispose the product to high temperature, especially not in a

vehicle with windows closed in summer time. Please prevent from dropping or collision. Please prevent the TFT screen

from strong vibration, otherwise damages or improper display could be lead to the TFT display.

Please select the proper volume. In case of excessive volume for the earphones, and a drumming in the ear happens, please decrease the volume or stop usage.

Please re-charge the battery under the following circumstances: The battery bar indicator shows low power The system shuts down automatically, and shuts down quickly after

re-start There is no reaction from button operations

This player uses a 3.7V Polymer battery. It can be recharged. Please be sure to charge at least 8 hours for the first several recharging .What is more, the battery life may be extended long when battery recharges in the foundation of exhaustion power.

There are two recharging methods for your options: Recharge through USB of a computer. Regardless of the power of

the player is on or off, just have it connected with your computer, it will be recharged.

Recharge through the AC Adaptor in the package. Plug the adaptor in a power socket. Insert one end of USB extending cable to adaptor, and the other end to the USB port of the MP4. (We suggest charging with player power off. This may extend the life of the display).

During recharging, the adaptor and MP4 player each has a certain temperature increase. This is a normal happening.

Remarks: This player does not fit for other models of charger, and other chargers may cause burning or other damages to the MP4 player. Our company is not eligible to be responsible for such damages. When you need the original charger from the package, please contact our company.

Please do not break the connection while the player is under re-format or in operation of uploading or downloading. Otherwise ,that may cause some program errors.

For those memory content losses caused by product damage, repair or other reasons, our company is not eligible for responsibilities. Please operate properly following the User Manual.

Basic Operations

Player On/Off Player On: Put the power button to POWER ON position, and then

long push button for 3 seconds. The player shows the Welcome Page and then enters into the mode which is the last working pattern

before it was properly turned off. Player Off:

At Playing Mode: Short push button to pause. Then long push it for 3 seconds to turn it off.

At other Modes: Long push for 3 seconds to turn it off. When low power in battery, the system turns off automatically.

Power Reset: In any case a deadlock happened to your player during usage, you may

please push POWER ON/OFF button to restart your player. Connection to Computer and Transfer of Data Files:

Start your computer. Then connect to your player with the USB cable. This allows power supply via the USB or data transmission via USB. The player can be used as a USB Disk. You just need to pull your favorite music into the MP4 player. You do not need any other third party programs.

Volume Adjustment: At Audio Playing Mode, Voice Playback Mode and Video Mode, long

push V ,meanwhile, the color of volume figure changes, then we can increase volume by button or decreased button. Continuous pushing shall increase or decrease the volume continuously.

Battery: This player applies a built-in high capacity polymer battery. The

working time of battery depends on the setting of speaker volume, type of files played, button operations and other aspects. The Player allows battery saving settings by user via “User-Definition on Power off Time”, or “Display Settings”.

System Menus

The Main Menu: When the player is power on, the main menu is entered. Push “ ” or “ ” button to circulate in ten function options of Audio, Video, Radio, Photo Browse, E-Book, Recording, Explorer, Settings. Push button to enter the option menu, then display the screen as follows.

Choose the relevant setting, enter the list of music. push to enter the submenu, then short push V to return the main screen. 1. Play / Stop: At Audio Play Mode, connect the earphone with the player,

select your song via / button, and then push button to start the playing. Short push button again to pause. On the audio playing page, the true audio spectrum is displayed. Throw out the screen menu by pushing M button, then select the relevant option via / button. There are many kinds of screen modes during music play, such as actual audio frequency display, LRC display, ID3,etc

2. Lyrics Display: LRC lyrics can be downloaded .Name it with the same name of the song and save it to your player. Simultaneous lyrics display is then available. When the lyrics file with the same name is available, the player will enter directly into the lyrics display page when the song is played.

3. Audio Play Settings: At Audio Play Mode, short push V button to throw out screen menu, which has lots of options. Push / button to select what you need. Push button to confirm you selection.

Video Mode Button Operations: The Main Menu is entered at system startup. Push / button to select “Video movies” and push “ ” button to performance. Functions Intro:

Under the Video Playback Mode, push / button for fast rewind or fast forward.

Click the “M” button while playing movies, then come out the TV-out option, and click the “M” once again, it can trasmit the signal to TV.

Radio Mode (Optional) Button Operations When the player is power on, the main menu is entered. Use / button to select “FM Radio”.

Throw out screen menu by pushing “V”, select the manual searching.

Photo Browse When the player is power on, the main menu is entered. Push / button from the Main Menu to confirm and enter Photo Mode. Use / buttons to select the previous or the next photo from the following listing and push button to play it. During picture browsing, short push V button to throw out the screen menu, then, select the relevant option by / button, and push to confirm the selection.

Remark: This player does not support photos with more than 10 million pixels yet. In case your pictures are higher than 10 MP, please transfer to low pixels on your computer before loading it to this player for playback. E-Book

Download TXT format files: Connect the player with your computer. Select the files you want to download. Save them on your player in the format of TXT.

Read a file: Check E-Book on the Main Menu. Push / button to select the file to read. Then push button to start reading. During reading, use / button to page up and down. Short push V button to throw out the screen menu, then, select the relevant option by / button, and push to confirm the selection.

Thumbing: In the display screen, choose thumb, visualize the relevant screen. Select the page what you want to read by pushing / button.

During reading, you can take reference to the progress bar on the right side for how much content is left unread. Remark: The player supports only TXT files with ANSI coding. Text files with other formats are not supported. Voice Recording

Voice Recording: Enter Recording Mode from the Main Menu. push button to start recording to throw out the screen menu. push / buttons to make the relevant selection, such as Recording quality, Recording volume and background setting.

Recording Settings: At the mode of preparing record, push button to

enter Recording Settings sub menu. Push M button you can adjust your settings for Recording quality / Recording volume/ Desktop setting.

Recording quality: High, Normal. (The former is bigger in file size, and better in record effects. The latter is on the contrary.)

Recording volume: Five options available including +1 / +2 / +3 / +4 / +5. The higher the grade is, the higher the volume the recording has.

Desktop: four options Remark: The recorded voice files can be found under the Audio Play

Menu for you to play it back to see the recorded quality. In case the display shows “Full Space”, that means no more memory is available for recording new files. Please delete some other files to release inter- space.

Settings Mode

Push “ / ” button to select your Settings from the Main Menu. push button to enter the setting page and push / button to

select the item you want to set.

Remark: Settings to Voice Playback, Radio and Recording are already

introduced in details. Please refer to the previous chapters.

Display Settings Light Time: Six options including 5S, 10S, 15S, 20S, 30S, or Always

On. Brightness Adjustment: Five options including 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. The higher

the grade is, the lower the brightness is. Light mode: Two options including All Dark and Penumbra. Display status: Hide and Display

System Settings

Upgrade: A dialogue box is prompted under this menu. It reminds you firmware upgrading is to start. It shall exit when there is no firmware upgrading available.

Restorable: A dialogue box is prompted under this menu to have your double confirmation on whether you want to restore System Defaults. Please select Yes or No.

DeskTop: eight options Language Options: Multiple languages supported. System information: It displays manufacture, product name, major version

ID, hardware ID, local memory size, card memory size. Use the USB Disk

USB Display Mode: This player has a high speed USB 2.0 interface. The transmission speed is up to 3M/S. It has standard portable disk functions, supporting systems above Windows2000 or above (without the need of driver installations). Just waiting several seconds after connection with a PC, the player shows Communication Mode.

Re-Charging Mode: When the battery power is too low during usage, the display shows “Low Power Turning Off” and the player will shutdown automatically. You may please charge the battery with the AC adaptor within the package. During recharging, the battery indicator shows a pulse. After completion of recharging, the battery power indicator shows all full checkers. Usually the battery needs a continuous recharging for 4 hours to be fully charged. (The initial two recharging has to be each eight hours for a full recharge).

Using a TF Card: When this player is connected to a PC, you will find two Removable disks. The first one is the built-in memory of this player, while the other the TF card. In case no card is inserted, the second disk can not be opened. This player supports 128MB to 2GB TF card for the extension of memory.

Insert / Pull Out a TF Card: Insert: Keep the front face (with printings) of the TF card downward,

and the display of the player upward. Insert slightly into the slot of the player. The card is connected with the player. Now the files in the TF card are able to be played back on this player.

Pull Out: Slightly push the TF Card down, it will jump back a bit. Just pick it out now.

Remark: Please do not insert or pull out a card while the player is working! Otherwise internal file loss could happen to the player.

Trouble Shooting If the player is not performing properly, please check the following points: Problem Possible Reasons Unable to Start up Is there any power in the player? The player

software is damaged? Deadlocked Switch the Power Button and restart. Unable to Play Is there any power in the player?

The volume is set to 0? Any problem in earphone connection? Is the earphone clean?

Is the file in a complete condition? A damaged audio file may cause noises and even inability to be played.

Please re-format the disk. Unable to upload / download, or driver letter missing

Please turn the player on and insert well the USB cable. Please re-install properly the driver software.

Unable to record Is there enough memory left? Is there enough power left?

Garbled text Is the language setting correct? No performance after upgrading

Please do upgrading again under Windows2000.
