Circuitos e ajustes crticos para a segurana so identificados neste manual,siga estes procedimentos quando componentes crticos forem trocados ou quando houver suspeita de operao incorreta. 6 KV-29FS100/29FS300/34FS100/34FV250/38FV250Apsexecutaroconserto,faaumaverificaodesegurana, antes de devolver o aparelho para o consu-midor:1.Verifique a rea de reparo procura de pontes de sol-da e soldas frias. Verifique toda a placa procura desolda escorrida e curtos.2.Verifique a fiao da placa. Veja se no h isolaes dani-ficadas ou fios encostando em resistores de potncia.3.Verifique se todos os botes, blindagens, isoladores,compartimentos, terminais de terra e placas foram colocados corretamente.Tenha absoluta certeza de ter colocados todos os isoladores.4.Verifique a presena de peas no originais, especial-mente transistores. Caso existam tais peas no apare-lho, recomende ao consumidor a substituio dasmesmas pela pelas peas originais.5.Verifique se no h peas que apresentem claros sinaisde deteriorizao, ainda que funcionando. Recomendeao consumidor a substituio das mesmas.6.Verifique se os cabos, especialmente o de alimentao,no se encontram partidos ou com a isolao gasta. Sefor o caso, recomente a sua substituio ao consumidor.7.Verifique se as tenses de +B e HV (HIGH VOLTAGE)esto dentro do especificado. Utilize para estas medidasum instrumento confivel. Suspeite de seu medidor deHV se sempre forem obtidos valores baixos.8.Verifique a isolao em relao ao AC de todas as par-tes metlicas expostas do aparelho, como terminais de antena, ornamentos e botes metalizados, etc.VERIFICAO DE SEGURANATESTE DE VAZAMENTO (FUGA) DE ACA corrente de fuga deAC de alguma parte exposta para oterra e de todas as partes metlicas expostas para algumaoutra parte exposta com retorno para o chassi, no podeexceder 5mA (500 microamperes). A corrente de fuga podeser medida por um dos trs mtodos a seguir.1.Com um aparelho medidor de corrente de fuga, como oSimpson 229 ou oRCA WT-540A. Seguindo os procedi-mentos descritos nos manuais destes instrumentos.2.Com um milimultmetro AC, como o Data Precision 245, oqual adequado para esta servio.3.Medindo a queda de tenso atravs de um resistor pormeio de um VOM ou um voltmetro AC. A indicao limite de 0.75 V, ento, um instrumento analgico precisa teruma acurcia menor. O Simpson 250 e o Sanwa SH-63Trdso exemplos de VOM's passivos apropriados. Quase to-dos os multmetros digitais que tem uma faixa de 2V AC soadequados para executar esta medida (Veja a fig. A).(see Figure A).Como Encontrar um Bom Ponto de TerraA cold-water pipe is a guaranteed earth ground; the cover-plate retaining screw on most AC outlet boxes is also at earthground. If the retaining screw is to be used as your earthground, verify that it is at ground by measuring the resistancebetween it and a cold-water pipe with an ohmmeter. Thereading should be zero ohms. If a cold-water pipe is notaccessible, connect a 60- to 100-watt trouble- light (not aneon lamp) between the hot side of the receptacle and theretaining screw. Try both slots, if necessary, to locate the hotside on the line; the lamp should light at normal brilliance if thescrew is at ground potential (see Figure B).Figure B. Checking for earth ground. Solte os 4 parafusos de fixao do CRT (localizados um emcada canto) e retire o CRT (tenha o cuidado de no segurar oCRT pelo pescoo).ATENO:ANTES DE REMOVER A CHUPETA DO ANODO.Mesmo depois de desligar a energia, existir alta tenso remanescente no CRT. Para evitar ochoque eltrico, descarregue o CRT antes de tentar remover o anodo. Aterre o anodo na ma-lha de terra em torno do CRT.Malha deTerraREMOO DA CHUPETA DO ANODO DO CRTCUIDADO:Pode restar alta tenso no CRT aps desligar a alimentao. Para evitar risco de choque eltrico, descarregue o CRT antes de tentar remover achupeta. Aterre o anodo na malha de terra em torno do CRT. NOTA: Aps removida a chupeta do anodo, coloque-os (o terminal da chupeta e o anodo do tubo) em curto com a blindagem metlica do CRT.PROCEDIMENTO DE REMOOabAnode ButtoncLevante um lado da capa de borrachana direo indicada pela seta a.Use seu polegar e puxe a capa de borracha firmemente na direo in-dicada pela seta b.Quando um lado do anodo estiver separado doboto do anodo, basta puxar para o outro ladoque a chupeta se soltar completamente do anodo.(indicao da seta c).COMO MANUSEAR A CHUPETA DO ANODO1.No use objetos pontiagudos que possam causar danos superfcie dachupeta.2.No comprima a cobertura de borracha com muita fora para colocar achupeta, pois pode causar danos mesma, durante esta operao.3.No gire a chupeta com fora, aps coloc-la, para no causar danos mesma.410635729811-4.Remoo do Tubo de Imagem 12 KV-29FS100/29FV300/34FS100/34FV250/38FV250Os ajustes descritos a seguir devem ser executados quando for necessrio um realinhamento completo do tubo ou quando omesmo for trocado. Controle de Pureza3.Mude do sinal branco para o sinal verde.4.Mova o yoke para trs e ajuste o controle de pureza de modo a deixaro centro da tela verde e as laterais vermelho e azul, de modo uniforme. Azul Verm.Verde5.
