Create Domain (J_1BNBS) - Execute transaction SE11; - Select the
radio button Domain; - Enter J_1BNBS in the proper field; - Choose
the Create pushbutton; - Enter Brazilian Nomenclature Services code
in the Short Description field; - Enter the information as follows:
- Data Type: CHAR; - No. Characters: 20; Save and activate. Obs.:
Choose package J1BA for this new domain. In the end of the process,
you should have the following domain:
Create Data element (J_1BNBS) - Execute transaction SE11; -
Select the radio button "Data type"; - Enter "J_1BNBS" in the
proper field; - Choose the "Create" pushbutton; - Choose the "Data
element" radio button and then choose the "Ok" pushbutton; - Enter
Brazilian Nomenclature Services code in the "Short Description"
field; - Enter J_1BNBS in the "Domain" field; - Select the "Field
Label" tab; - Enter the information as follows: - Short(Length):

field; - Choose the "Create" pushbutton; - Enter the Short

field "Delivery Class"; - Choose "Display/Maintenance Allowed with
Restrictions" in the pulldown "Data Browser/Table View Maint."; -
Select the "Fields" tab; - Enter the information as follows: Field:
MANDT; Data element: MANDT; Select the "Key" checkbox; Field: NBS;
Data element: J_1BNBS; Select the "Key" checkbox; Field:
DESCRIPTION; Data element: BEZEI100; - In the "Goto" menu, select
"Techinal Settings"; - In the popup/window "Maintenance Enhancement
Category", choose the "Can be enchanced (character-type or
numeric)" option; - In the "Maintain Technical settings" screen
enter the information as follows: Field group "Local storage
parameters": Data class: APPL2; Size category: 0; Field group
"Buffering": Select the "Buffering Activated" radio button ; Field
group "Buffering type": Select the "Single Records Buff." checkbox
; Save and activate the changes. Obs.: Choose package J1BA for this
new table. In the end of the process, you should have the following

the Change pushbutton; - Select the Value Range tab; - Enter the

At the end of the table enter a new field: - Field: NBS; - Data
element: J_1BNBS; - Select tab Entry help/check; - Select the new
line (NBS) and select the Search Help pushbutton; - Enter J_1BNBS
in the proper field; - Press Enter; - Select Generate Proposal
pushbutton; - Select Copy pushbutton; Save and activate the
changes. In the end of the process, you should have the following

Change Structure (BAPI_J_1BNFLIN) - Execute transaction SE11; -
Select the radio button Data type; - Enter BAPI_J_1BNFLIN in the
proper field; - Choose the Change pushbutton; - At the end of the
structure enter a new field: - Component: NBS; - Component type:
J_1BNBS; - Select tab Entry help/check; - Select the new line (NBS)
and select the Search Help pushbutton; - Enter J_1BNBS in the
proper field; - Press Enter; - Select Generate Proposal pushbutton;
- Select Copy pushbutton; Save and activate the changes; In the end
of the process, you should have the following structure:

Choose the "Create" pushbutton; - In the popup/window, choose the

"Nomenclature services view"; - Select the "Table/join Conditions"
tab; - Enter the information as follows: Tables: J_1BTNBS; - Select
the "View Flds." tab; Ensure you have the information as follows:

J_1BTNBS Field : DESCRIPTION - Select the "Maint.Status" tab; Field
group "Access": - Select the "Read, change, delete and insert"
radio button ; - Enter "C" in the field "Delivery class"; - Choose
"X Display/Maintenance Allowed" in the pulldown "Data Browser/Table
View Maint."; Save and activate the changes. Obs.: Choose package
J1BA for this new view. In the end of the process, you should have
the following view:

Generate Maintenance Dialog (J_1BTNBSV) - Execute transaction
SE54; - Insert the name J_1BTNBSV in the Table/View field; - Select
the radio button Generated Objects; - Choose Create/Change
pushbutton; - Choose Yes on the Create maintenance module screen; -
Enter the information as follows: Authorization Group: &NC&
(Validate this information with your Basis team) Function Group:
J1BV Package: J1BA Maintenance type: one step Overview screen: 400
Recording routine: Standard Recording routine Compare Checkbox:
Automatically Adjustable - Choose the Create pushbutton; -

Create Field Group (NBS) - Execute transaction "SM30; - Enter
J_1BAEITV in Table/View field; - Select Display -> Change
pushbutton; - Select New Entries pushbutton; - Enter 64 in the
Field Group field; - Enter Nomenclature Services in the Description
field; - Save. In the end of the process, you should have the
following field group:
Create Field Assignment (NBS) - Execute transaction "SM30; -
Enter J_1BAKITV in Table/View field; - Select Display -> Change
pushbutton; - Select New Entries pushbutton; - Enter J_1BDYLIN in
the Table name field; - Enter NBS in the Field name field; - Enter
64 in the FGr field; - Save. In the end of the process, you should
have the following field assignment:

pushbutton; - Select New Entries pushbutton; - Enter 78 in the
Field Group field; - Enter Nomenclature Services in the Description
field; - Save. In the end of the process, you should have the
