NEW STAR Industries is an ISO/TS 16949:2009 Certified Company engaged in manufacturing of High Tensile Automotive and Industrial Fasteners. The company has been serving the Automobile and Industrial segment for more than 55 years.
Under the leadership of Mr. Narinder Bhamra, the company has gained successful growth in various industrial domains. After successfully catering to the needs of Indian market, NEW STAR began its International expansion process from past on decade. Alongside continues developments that help the company to achieve certification, accrediting the quality of its products and to enter new specialised sectors.
Since our foundation in 1961, we have consistently invested our capital into operations and new technology; devoted our entire company to continuous improvement in all aspects of our organization — TQM, 5 Sigma and QoS measurables — and developed long-term relationships with our clients throughout the world. Today NEW STAR is run by the third Generation of this family owned business. The company is top performer in automobile fastening for Trucks, Tractors and Combine Harvesters.
Infrastructure
We have with us an advanced manufacturing unit that is spread across an extensive area. This unit helps us to meet the bulk requirements of our clients within the specified time frame. Managed by experienced professionals, our manufacturing unit is stationed with advanced machinery and tools that is required for the production of a wide range of Automotive Fasteners, Industrial Fasteners and Construction Fasteners. Each of the machines installed at our unit is checked regularly and kept in a proper condition to ensure smooth operation during production process.
Infrastructure
To keep ourselves in line with the latest technological developments taking place in the market, we have built a separate R&D unit. Our R&D unit is managed by experienced researchers who are engaged in rigorous research activities. They diligently make use of the available resources and provide their valuable suggestions to the engineers, which in turn help them to bring in improvisation in the range of High Quality Fasteners. Moreover, they also carry out extensive market surveys to find the shortcomings of our product and also rectify them. Periodically, we also conduct reviews in production technology which helps us in achieving economies of scale.

The company has all the State of the art Production Infrastructure and Well-furnished in-house Testing Laboratory to produce Quality Fasteners as per DIN, ISO, BS, EN, ASTM, IS and other International Standards.
