Totally enclosed and designed for automated production, the Servo-Flo 302 is a fixed ratio, positive rod displacement 2-component meter-mix dispense system with a Servo drive and operator interface control panel.
The meter assembly is designed for low to medium viscosity materials. The system can be tank fed or pump fed and is capable of dispensing precise shot volumes or precision bead profiles.
The dispense rate can be varied throughout the dispensing process to provide varying bead sizes or variable flow with automatic or manual dispense valves.
Totally enclosed and designed for automated production, the Servo-Flo 704 is designed for continuous production dispensing with automation interface capabilities.

These meter-mix dispensing systems apply uniform beads of high viscosity 2-component materials in large volumes. Materials can be extruded or streamed by a fixed position or robotic mounted applicator.
Select from various touch screen operator interface controls. The servo motor drive and positive displacement pistons interface with the robot controller to dispense a requested bead profile, which is variable along the bead path.
Available in frame mount (shown) for automated applications or base-plate mount for robotic applications.
See-Flo 995 uses dual AC Inverter drive motors coupled to independent driven Precision Gear Meters ideal for continuous flow dispensing applications.
The easy to use basic operator interface control adjusts the flow rate and volumetric mix ratio of the A and B materials without mechanical changes.

The system is floor or cart mounted and typically includes 55 and/or 5 gallon pumps. The supply pump pressure determines the flow rate from the dispense valve.

The Servo-Flo 404 integrated meter and dispense valve assembly mounts on a robot wrist or pedestal and applies uniform beads of 1-component adhesives or sealants.
This robust assembly uses closed-loop processing for electronic control of metered material volume and variable flow rate control. The system is ideally suited to handle abrasive or filled materials.
The compact meter assembly uses quick-change dispense valves which retain nozzle position accuracy. Options include meter volume, temperature control, valve selection and bead profile vision.
The Servo-Flo 502 is a positive-displacement, single-component, single-acting shot meter designed to produce a controlled flow of 1-component materials.
This high volume meter has a small foot print and is sized to meet the application requirements. The Servo-Flo 502 is supplied by high volumepumps and precisely meters the material to the selected dispense valve for precision dispensing.
