Molding Process

Our molding team has successfully worked with some of the most difficult resins offered in the industry.

We utilize injection pressing ranging from 22 ton to 220 ton. Each press supported by own dryer and delivery system, mold temperature control components and computer controlled processing system.

No heater or short cut method is followed to get the ideal mold temperature.

Our injection presses are constantly utilized by fire fighting, hazardous breathing, immunity,aerospace, computer, dental, construction, and fiber optic industry.

Design Our design team constantly works on

components that maximise the potential of selected resins while minimising the cost f production.
