ITMA Materials Technology counts on a fully equipped set of facilities

that allows assuming the whole block manufacturing cycle, including design, bevel

machining, manual, automatic and robot welding, dimensional control and thermal

treatments.

SERVICES FOR NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING:

Relevant service for: Pressure Vessels Manufacturers,

responsibility structures for petrochemical, nuclear, offshore, aeronautics or military sectors,

NDT inspection agencies and NDT Training Centres.

We include induced defects by micromachining or electroerosion, and realistic defects through

controlling welding parameters: pores, cracks, lack of fusion, slags, etc. Pilot Plants for Hydrogen

embrittlement and corrosion are also available.
