LWC Trip
LWC is gearing up for a trip to Amish County and Washington, DC with many stops in between including reserved seats to see “Jesus” at the Sight & Sound Theatre in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, a tour of the Amish farmlands, a Hershey simulated candy factory tour, and a tour of Museum of the Bible and several historical stops along the way. For more information contact Pastor Rick. Deposits are now due and space is limited.

Today is the last day to sign up to ride the van to the Whitnel PHC Women’s Conference this Saturday, March 17. Denise Houser will driving the van which will leave the parking lot at 8am and return about 1:00. There is no registration fee or charge to attend, but a love offering will be received. They have asked us to let them know how many will be coming from LW in order to prepare enough snacks for
everyone. If you are attending but not riding the van, please contact Bev Haug. The speaker is Maria Durso. She, and her husband, Michael, are senior pastors at Christ Tabernacle, the first church to be planted from Brooklyn Tabernacle. There Maria oversees the Prayer Band and the women's ministry. Having come from a childhood devastated by loss and abuse, Ma-ria understands the effects of abandonment, loneliness, and rejection, and she travels around the country ministering to those whose hurt lies deep in the heart and mind.

Easter Eggstravaganza
Mark your calendars! LWC will host its annual Easter Eggstravaganza on Saturday, March 24th, beginning at 9:30 am. We will have lots of games, prizes, carnival snacks and FUN! We will have drawings for prizes. Registration is now open online; register at www.livingwordnc.net/events. Also, we are asking for donations of individually wrapped bags of candy. It’s that time of year! LWC is gearing up for a Great 2018 Camp DaySpring. Registration forms for campers and staff vol-unteers are now available. Please see Pastor Brennan, or Pastors Kevin or Lisa High for a form.
In order to qualify for the LWC scholarship, you must be registered by Wednesday, April 11th.
