Why use XRay?For customers that are in the ood processing industry, new opportunities exist or plantsthat are using the new and improved X-RAY screening technology as opposed to olderMetal detection systems. This new technology plaster allows X-RAY screeners to be assuredthat QC is maintained where oil or other similar ood containment render metal detectablesystems redundant.

This Detectaplast product is X-RAY detectable which activates with tungsten laments. Alsovisually identiable due to the brilliant blue contrasting colour. This product is also metaldetectable by non errous aluminium content. The substrate is made o thin highly elasticpolyurethane lm. This is absorbent, with a centralised low adherent wound pad, laminated

with a polyethylene net.
