Yummy
Prawns in garlic marinadeCreate your very own tapas! You will need:- 250 g of large prawns, peeled (either frozen (cheap ) or fresh)- one toe of garlic (two if you really like garlic)- a chillipepper (or something peppery in dried form, such as dried chillipepper or cayennepepper)- dried coriander- oil (preferably arachid)
If you use deep frozen prawns, first cook them for 5 minutes or so and decant the water. Fresh prawns are ready to go as they are. Put them in a bowl and add a spoonful of oil. Mash up a toe of garlic real good and add
it. Cut up the chili-pepper in small bits and add as well (use less if you don't like "flamin' hot"). Add a pinch of dried coriander and mix everything well. Put your marinated prawns into fridge for a few hours.
When you get hungry, bake the prawns for a few minutes in a hot wok or grill pan and they're all done! Yummy yummy!
