Plan Code – changing from 2 to 5 digits AC = 110AC
Plan Participation Code – new A = actively participating (EE rate and ER rate
for plan) Y = Employer paid employee contributions
Rate Schedule Number – new 000053 = PSC 53 000001 = all other PSCs when PPC is A MainePERS assigned number when PPC is Y
