Carrollwood Area Business Association PRESENTS
EVENT DESCRIPTION:
CABA (Carrollwood Area Business Association) Presents Taste of Carrollwood (TOC) is an annual event that is free to the public.
This year the TOC will be held at Raymond James Stadium, East Main Concourse, on March 31, 2019, from 12:00-4:00pm.
TOC features 100+ local restaurants and businesses, with music, entertainment, food tastings, Scavenger Hunt, face painting, Pirate Ship, Field Goal Kick, Star Wars characters, kids activities, and more! Over 5,000 people are expected.
Sponsorships and Vendor participation is open to CABA Members and Non-Members. Coupons, promotional items and food samples can be given out to promote the business-es. No sales are allowed.
TOC recommends restaurants prepare to serve 2,000 food samples during the entire event; no early departure; no sales are allowed.
VENUE:
The Event layout includes the Sponsor & Vendor tables area under the covered Concourse, activities on the Football Field and Pirate Ship, and Stadium Parking. VIP Parking is available for paid Sponsorships, on a first come, first served basis. Re-fer to the site map for further details.
Bar 76 will be open and has a capacity of 400. It is air-con-ditioned with tables and seating, and has 70 TVs throughout. Paid Sponsorship or Individual Tickets will be required for admittance during TOC.
All beverages must be purchased from Raymond James.
SCAVENGER HUNT• The first 25 paid Sponsor registrations will be included in
the Scavenger Hunt.• Attendees who complete the Scaven-
ger Hunt will qualify to enter a drawing for a big screen TV.
“BEST OF” AWARDS
Bring your BEST! TOC attendees will vote on the following categories:
• Best Taste - Mains/Appetizers • Best Booth• Best Taste - Desserts/Sweets • Best Giveaway
The businesses that receive the most votes in each category will be notified, presented with a “Best Of” plaque to display in their window, and promoted in TOC Event marketing.
EVENT MEDIA COVERAGE• Pre- and Post-Event coverage will be provided in conjunc-
tion with Beasley Media, and local TV, radio & newspaper outlets, as well as social media.
• Day of live updates will be made on the TOC web page.
