They have been an integral part of the Sandy Lions Club and their contribution to the success of our Club has been invaluable over the years. Fred served as President from 2001 to 2003 and then again in 2007-08. Apart from the other roles he has undertaken, he was a most entertaining Tail Twister. Barb was responsible for the successful En-Plein-Air fundraising art competition over a number of years and gave her support to many other Club activities. We wish them well on the next stage of their life’s journey. May it be filled with many blessings, love and happiness. You will both be missed and thank you for all your years of loyal service. Proceeds will go to the Family Life Children’s Book Fund - supporting educational needs of children. A Monumental Man ! March Eye Donor Awareness Month Lions can play a key role in promoting the importance of eye donation and its life changing effects on corneal recipients.
