Eric remembers making syrup with his father and he re-opened the operation 35 years ago. We rebuilt our sugar camp in 2006 in order to install new equipment at that time. We added a new 40” x 12’ evaporator with fuel oil heat and a reverse osmosis machine. We started installing pipelines in our woods in 1989 and have continued to add more lines each year. We have 2,500 taps on the pipeline and 1,200 on a vacuum line. We sell also sizes of maple syrup in plastic bottles and have some available in glass bottles. We also have hard sugar candy and granulated maple sugar available in shaker bottles.
