• Margaret Thatcher is a very famous Politian, because of the very important role she played in British politics. She was a prime minister from 4th May 1979 to 28th November 1990.

• She studied She studied Chemistry at Sommerfield College before becoming a barrister.
How did she become involved in politics?
• She became involved in politics when she was announced the leader of The Conservative Party.
Where did she represent?
• She represented the WHOLE of the UK! She was also the first female prime minister in England. She stayed in 10 Downing street in London, the house which all prime ministers of England stay most of the time.
